Cannellini bean & pasta soup, Napolitano style
Char grilled salmon served over mixed greens and arugula with grilled peaches, berries, pickled onions, grape tomatoes, goat cheese, tossed in a Prosecco vinaigrette
Crostino toast points topped with a salsa cruda finished with fresh mozzarella and balsamic
Excellent food and service.
Always a great choice for dinner. Decent selection of items on the menu.
Tutto bene. Everything was exceptional. The band was playing some classics, like Pink Floyd, Jimmy Buffet and of course Stairway to Heaven was amazing. Ciao Ragazzi!
Chicken was rubber. Portions were child size. The waiter never asked how things were when clearly I left a large portion of chicken and didn't ask for a box to go, should have been an inclination that something wasn't good. Seemed to rush us out as well. Flavorless sauces. I won't be back.
Has a marvelous time. Dinner service was capable and efficient despite being super busy on a Tuesday evening. Food was delicious, Long Island was obviously made with lower tier alcohol, would be nice to be asked if top shelf preferred. Nothing that deserves a lower rating or would prevent us from returning. Surprise live music too! Great atmosphere, hadn’t been for a while but will return much sooner. You server, Ben is a treat and a credit to the establishment as well!
Nice, quite atmosphere. Service was a little slow, but not a problem, as we were not in a hurry.
Everything was great, but it was a little loud for my taste
Never disappointed when we come here! Jeff is a great waiter too!
Server was short and didn’t want to converse much. My boyfriend was overcharged for his drink, my pasta was way undercooked, and my boyfriends pizza was undercooked. Nice atmosphere but food and service isn’t there.
We felt the drinks were watered down but that was the only problem. Waiter was excellent. Food was very good but suggest when adding me it was cut in very small pieces
Great menu for Lunch. Have also enjoyed dinner there many times. Salmon salad is excellent if you are watching calories.
Fantastic waiter, food, dining experience. We visited the restaurant 3/12/21. The waiter was very helpful with suggestions. The food presentation wonderful. The limone fish very flavorful white fish in a light sauce. We had wine, skipped the appetizers hoping dinner would be plenty, it was! We finished with homemade berry cake and two black coffees. We could not found a finer place to eat. We will be back!
Awesome as usual! Staff is wonderful and Jesus is the man!
We were seated right away. The waiter came over and was very nice. He took our order, but then they didn’t bring us our appetizer. We received our entrees & then hardly saw the waiter again. The food was good, but a little overpriced.
A good spot for lunch. Delicious Salmon Salad and wine selection.
One of the worst dining experiences ever. It was a Covid fest in there. Don’t go in if your nervous about the virus. Half the wait staff do not wear their masks properly. Even after asking themmultiple times. Customers packed next to each other shoulder to shoulder. No social distancing. Dangerous!! Food was late and lukewarm. I used to eat here a lot. It’s a shame how downhill this place has fallen.
Girls working the front are rude and unfriendly. Mr. Scalzo what I’m the world happened.
The band was great!
The food was very nice and our server always made sure we were doing well. Will come back.
Excellent as usual
First time coming here. Made reservations for 2/13 and arrived about 10 minutes before. Restaurant was PACKED. Literally, you couldn’t move. The bar was even more crowded. Went to check in and was informed they were almost an hour behind and the kitchen was even more backed up. The restaurant closed at 10 so they probably would have been out of what we wanted to order. Disappointing experience because there was zero social distancing in the waiting area and bar. We were never seated.
This was our first night out after having a baby. We left our children at home with a sitter to have a nice Valentine’s Day date together. We had an 8 o’clock reservation and did not get seated until 10:15. Then it was another 20 mins for our waiter to even show up to the table to take our drink orders. When we finally did get our food it was good but unfortunately the terrible service completely overshadowed our meal. We will not be back.
Our reservation was at 8 and we weren’t able to be seated until after 830. It seemed like they over booked their seating. Our poor waiter was running around like crazy and kept apologizing for anything we had to wait for. He did such a great job for how busy and crowded it was in there. I believe his name was Derek. Food was delicious.
Given it was Valentine’s Day...everyone was thinking the same plan of going to this restaurant. The wait wasn’t as bad but the waiting area was a tad cramped. Once we sat to eat I felt like the check was waiting for me as well. Will try it again when it isn’t so busy.
Reservation at 7:30pm, did not get seated until 8:20pm. Ordered CIAO BELLA CABERNET SAUVIGNON PRIVATE LABEL and got CANYON ROAD PINOT NOIR. The calamari was extremely greasy, you can see excessive oil on the plate. Took more than 45 minutes before the entrees came out and one of the orders Farfalle Alla Buttera was cold. Extremely disappointed this time!
We have been to Ciao BELLA several times in the past, but this time was terrible. I believe they overbooked their time slots.
We had a 7:30 pm reservation, however we were seated 50 minutes late. The lobby was packed. We waited in our car for 45 minutes before reentering. Our server rushed through his words as if he had to get us in and out as soon as possible. Our meals came at almost 9:45. It was Valentines weekend, so I give them it will be busy, however then they need to have a more accurate time for reservations.
This was worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had. Clearly overbooked and valued customers $ over their time. Arrived 7 minutes early for 7:30 reservation and was told running 20 minutes behind. Due to large crowd and no social distancing waited in car. After 30 minutes went in to check and was told another 15 minutes. Waited another 45 minutes and was told just waiting for table to clear. Finally seated after 1 1/2 hours at 9:00 pm. Waited a while to order food which finally came at 10:30 pm. Food was not hot and filet ordered medium was almost raw in middle. Sent back twice only to still not have it cooked correctly. The Manager or whoever brought it out actually contradicted what we thought was acceptable filet and made no apologies. That person gave up on dinner since the other people in party were finished eating. Finally at 11:00 pm I expressed my displeasure to server. They did comp our food but if they would have just told us the truth we would have went elsewhere to eat. Any upscale restaurant should know how to manage a crowd even on busy night. We will not return.
we made a reservation, were told it would be 30 minutes late and we would be called when ready. we were never called, so we went to another establishment.
First off, let me say that I had a reservation at 7pm and they didn’t have a table ready until 7:30pm. Not a big deal since I know it’s Valentine’s weekend but it was still very annoying. It was super crowded that i was basically on top of the surrounding tables around us. It took almost 45minutes to finally order our food. By the time we got our food, I was annoyed by how long it was taking for just 2 entrees. By the time we left it was 9:30pm. My girlfriend and I spent 2 hours here, Uncalled for. If I knew it was going to take so long, I would’ve just ordered food at home or made something at home. The food was good so that’s why I gave it a 4 stars. Overall everything else, was very poor. Probably won’t come here again.
Ignored by waiter, 1.5 hours to get food, salad forgotten, drinks not refreshed. Had to flag him down to get any attention.
Galentine’s. Was a little annoying some main menu items were not available for GF options but overall was very good.
Great food and service. Been here 2x and will be going many more
The noise level was very high.
It was COLD inside, Kept my coat on the entire time. It felt like a constant cold breeze flowing though.
The service was average - a little on the slow side, likely because it was Valentine's weekend - not poor not great.
The food was very good, very hot when served.
Very surprised that there was a vey large crowd of people standing and waiting to be seated and crammed together when we left.
No real control or exercise in social distancing. At least 25 people waiting in small area shoulder to shoulder.
Will be staying away during any holiday, as we had an extremely long wait for carry out on Mothers Day. Waited 45-60 beyond confirmed pick up time that day.
GREAT food, great service. delicious! Loved the live music.
The live music was amazing and the gentlemen that was singing was amazing I would definitely be dining in again!! Also, I will recommend family and friends
Wonderful meal and service
Overall a fantastic evening! Within minutes of being seated, we had water and bread and our server had stopped by to introduce himself and take drink orders. Most of the table ended up ordering g one of the specials for the evening, all of which were fantastic, particularly the pan seared barramundi with a strawberry basil relish. Finished off the meal with the cappuccino cheesecake which was one of the better cheesecakes I’ve ever had. All in all, an A+
It was awesome food was spectacular. Would recommend anyone to come here. We will be visiting again 😊
Service was too rushed. Main courses were brought when we were still eating our soups snd salads.
Service is usually outstanding at this restaurant. It’s why we picked it for our special occasion. We were very disappointed this time.
Benjamin was amazing! Made sure we were well taken care of!
only issue was the hosted gave my reservation to another David, she didn't confirm last name, no problem we only waited 20 minutes for another table
