Ciao Bella Ratings and Reviews
This was our first visit to Ciao Bella, and decided to try it for a special New Year's eve supper for our family of four. Had the seared ahi tuna appetizer and it was so good we ordered another. I had the pork chop which was cooked to perfection. Both of my teenage children had the ahi tuna burger, and requested the tuna completely raw which was a first for the kitchen, but they happily obliged. My wife had the chicken and wild mushroom risotto and it was delicious. Service was excellent and we will definitely return.
Don't sit in the enclosed patio area in the winter; insist on the dining room. The patio windows and floor are cold, to the point our silverware and plates were cold to the touch. Our food was good, but turned cold within 10 mins, so we had it boxed up to take home. Really disappointing; we usually have a great experience in the dining room. Our server offered to have the heat turned up, but it didn't really have an impact.
We enjoyed our experience at Ciao Bella immensely. The food was fantastic, the ambience was lovely and our server was friendly and attentive in just the right way. We will be back! The only suggestion is to perhaps have better lighted signage. My sister had a hard time finding it even though she knew she was close (thanks to Google Maps).
Attentive, excellent service. Wonderfully prepared, excellent food that is thoughtfully presented.
I have been to Ciao Bella often for business meetings/meals, special occasions, and just to dine with friends. Always a delightful, delicious, enjoyable time!
The food, service and atmosphere were wonderful, and our table was very comfortable. The place is beautiful and clean. The noise level was very high for lunch, making it challenging to talk. I will come back for the food, without question, but can't plan to talk much while there. I had the blue cheese salad and tomato basil soup - it was amazing.
Our server was phenomenal! It was our first time here at Ciao, and we loved it!! We had delicious wine and amazing food! It was a lovely evening and date for two! I can’t wait to go back! I hope to get the same server, she was amazing!! Very friendly staff!
We arrived and were greeted by a very friendly hostess who checked us in. We were purposely early for our reservation because we first wanted to enjoy a glass of wine at the bar. The bar area is extremely noisy and thankfully the hostess informed us she could seat us early. The restaurant area is still a bit noisy but better than the bar. The restaurant is beautiful. Our food was oh, so great. The service is wonderful; we were never lacking for water and the server timed everything perfectly for us. It has been 2 days since we had dinner there and I am still thinking about our experience there. It is really a superb restaurant!!
We always have a wonderful time and great food when we visit our favorite Ciao Bella in Edina. The staff is always very welcoming, helpful and enthusiastic. The food is always good. The wine and atmosphere are also always good. I don't have a bad thing to say!
Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. We'll be back!
