Ciao Bella Ratings and Reviews
Always worth every penny to come to Ciao!!!! The best service of life always, so so so quick and happy and SO knowledgeable!! I love the dim atmosphere, incredible food, I will always come here for special occasions and nights we can splurge on dinner!!! It’s a wonderful, superb experience! Bravo!!
We loved Ciao Bella. Our server was wonderful! She gave us great suggestions and really knew the food. The food was fabulous, we couldn't be happier. The prices are on the high side but we had the daily specials and there are less expensive items on the menu.
Ciao Bella never disappoints. We were there for dinner celebrating a birthday. I asked for a quiet table for 2 and my request was honored. Actually, it's never quiet there, but we were seated in a corner, away from some of the "energy". Great service, great food... and we appreciated the special attention surrounding the birthday dessert. Definitely recommend.
If you'd like to eat here, make a reservation. We came on a Tuesday night and it was absolutely packed. The appetizers were fantastic. We ordered the calamari, the crab cakes and the classic bruschetta. Best appetizers I've had this year. I ordered the 6oz filet mignon, I was not impressed. The plate presentation was awful and was not attractive to me at all. Dessert was delicious. Great place for apps. Going back to try another entree.
UPDATE: Came back two nights later. Our server, Michelle, suggested ed the lasagna. It was so fantastic. She was a fantastic server as well. Kind, quick, and had great suggestions. However, the girls in the front were rude. We walked in and got nothing but nasty stares from them. They just stared at us. We stood there for about 5 minutes as they just looked at us. Like excuse me, are you going to ask if I have a reservation? Are you going to seat us? Or are you just going to stare at us? Fortunately for us, one of the managers saw us and seated us quickly and promptly. My client was rather upset with the customer service up in front. Fortunately the food made all the difference.
Not sure if I'll come back. I'd rather get it to-go than deal with the girls in the front again.
From the moment you walk in they treat you great. The atmosphere is warm, the service was some of the best I've experienced. My wife and I split twonentrees and they divided them in the kitchen. Wine was good and the cloudless chocolate desert worked for my gluten free wife. Definitely will be back.
This is not my first time to Ciao Bella and I must say, I have never had a dish here that I didn't like. My wife and I went out to dinner with another couple and everyone loved their meals. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They even made suggestions to us on how to save money around the salads. I had a Maple Glazed Salmon over butternut squash puree and spinach, and my wife, who despises Salmon, had multiple bites from my plate! Great time, great food and great place to go!
