   The noise level is insane. If you intend to converse with others during your meal this is NOT the place to go. If is literally quite difficult to hear people sitting next to you. There is o baffling, so the sound is a constant din. I asked a server how she deals with it and her answer was that her ears ring constantly for hours after she goes home. Good food, fine service. If you can enjoy a mean while a jackhammer is working right next to you, you'll be fine with this place. Otherwise . . .

   My friend and I come here at least four times per year. Always for dinner on each of our birthdays, at the Holidays and for lunch on the fabulous patio. Always great service and food. Love it!

   I believe our waitress was Tina? She was delightful! Offered many suggestions and favorites and was so personable and exceptional in every way! What a great experience. We had friends from out of town and they couldn't say enough good things about Ciao Bella! Thank you!

    Four of us seated in the side room for dinner on a Sunday. Excellent Manhattan cocktail although a little on the sweet side. Wine selection excellent. Server very good—explained the specials, attentive but not hovering. Dining partner thought the chop salad was odd—didn’t care for the combination. Spaghetti and meatballs, pasta w sausage and peas, and the seafood pasta all very good. The cherry cobbler dessert served w vanilla ice cream rich and best shared. Primary complaint at Ciao Bella is high noise level which affected this review. But this restaurant has always been that way so you have to know that beforehand. Not good for romantic dining or serious conversation.

    Seth the server was absolutely wonderful. Was there in a couples date night. He was attentive but not over the top. I manage one of their competitors. That said, this is a place I always take friends & family to.

    Food was amazing as per usual! Service seemed a little spread thin at first as we waited awhile to get the bread and drinks refilled at times. We also had to wait over a half hour past our reservation time for our table. We were very lucky to find a free space at the bar that could accommodate our group to hang out while we waited for our table but kinda defeated the purpose of having a reservation. We did appreciate the hostess giving transparent updates on the table status, though. We had guests joining us from out of town and they were very impressed with the food and can’t wait to come back.

    First time here, although I’ve eaten at Zelo a number of times so it was a similar menu. Our server was excellent and helped make our evening more enjoyable. I had an old fashioned and my friend had the Aviation cocktail, which we both really enjoyed. We had the scallops and calamari as an appetizer which were both excellent. We split a Caesar salad, some flatbreads and the spinach pasta with chicken. The pasta was good, but the flatbreads were great. We also had a Carmel custard for dessert which was delectable and so, so smooth. The only negative was that it is a very loud space, which means everyone has to speak louder, which makes it even noisier and you can feel a bit of sensory overload. I really don’t understand why loud restaurants don’t put in some kind of sound dampening in their spaces - it would make the experience so much more enjoyable. I wouldn’t be able to bring my mom here as she has a naturally quiet voice, which would make it impossible to have a conversation with her there. But overall we had a good time here.

    My friends and I were treated to a delicious luncheon and received excellent service from our server, Carrie! We asked for a quieter table and they seated us in a side room, which was quieter than the large room, and we were appreciative. The only negative about Ciao Bella is the high noise level overall. The food and service were just excellent! Can’t wait for my next visit to Ciao Bella!

    We enjoyed our first visit to Ciao Bella. Given the size of the restaurant the quality of the food was very good, our waiter was knowledgeable and was able to fully describe the evenings specials and the decor was quite pleasant. However, the noise level was excessive. It is unpleasant to always have to speak louder than normal to be hear. A little use of some sound deadening materials would go a long way to making the restaurant a !00% enjoyable experience. However, it was clear that this was a popular restaurant as it was full on a Wednesday evening.

    The service here is exceptional and you feel very spoiled. The staff is very knowledgeable and personable and checks in every need. Every request is answered with a yes . Our server this evening was Naomi and she made a birthday in our group feel special. From the host stand to the water refills they don’t miss a beat. Love this place
