We love everything about the place but all of us agreed that after tonight and many times of trying, we will never come again as it is just unacceptably loud. You really need to address this issue!
Always great! Thanks also for the special service from Kirsten
The food was incredible as always! They do an amazing job on the scallops, and everything else was equally as good. The restaurant is very npisy, but we sat in the side room and it made a huge difference, we could easily carry on a conversation. An overall A+.
Our server Douglas was exceptional, as was the seafood linguine. Absolutely Delicious!! Our other food: chicken parm, margarita flat bread, spaghetti, was fine.
Expensive but overall such a nice experience.
Noise level so high almost impossible to carry on a conversation!
Loved the trout & walleye specials
Our service was excellent! She gave us time to talk and catch up! Food was excellent and served in a timely manner! Always a good choice!
FANTASTIC Italian! Service was excellent, atmosphere was wonderful. What more do you want?
We like to meet friends here and celebrate our anniversary here. The wait staff is excellent and always spot on with their recommendations!! This will continue to be one of our favorites!!
Always great service and food. Thanks to our server, Tina and the rest of the staff for a memorable dining experience!
I would recommend for lunch but dinner was pricey and service was slow. It was our anniversary and they did nothing even though they knew it.
Dinner was delicious!
We love Ciao Belle. It is always a favorite stop when in town! Donny is a great server! Attentive and friendly!!
Try to visit whenever we are in town.
Year after year, every single dining experience is perfect.
I have eaten here several times in past and always look forward to the walleye. I was very disappointed with it this time because of heavy breading(which normally not there) and mashed potatoes that were not fluffy at all! Poor presentation on a platter not a round plate. I did not complain because I had asked to go here for my birthday and I was not paying for it! Even when asked by the manager I did not say anything which is my fault I realize. I think the backup chef must have been working and they were terribly busy as usual. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even took our coats and refused the tip. Our server was excellent. I will go back but I don't think I will ever order the $33 walleye again. I would recommend this to a friend with reservations. Also the salad was a bit soggy.
The noise level made conversation very difficult and spoiled the occassion
We went here for my best friends birthday meal! It was such a great experience for us! The food was amazing! The appetizers were absolutely delightful! Over all the meal and experience was great!!
We had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately we were disappointed. We were seated next to a large party in a smaller room, which made the setting quite loud. Along with that, the ceiling of the room was dome shaped and therefore the acoustics were very strange--voices of people sitting across the room sounded like they were right next to us, and my husband and I could barely hear each other.
The waiter was ok, but forgot to bring a salad with my husband's entree so we ended up canceling it. My dish (red pepper linguine with scallops) was far too salty and while I knew it had (and I like) goat cheese, it had way too much goat cheese on it. I took two bites and stopped eating, but the waiter never came back to ask how things were. The busser asked if I wanted it boxed up (no) when he took it away, and only then did someone finally ask if I didn't like the dish. The manager did come over and comped the dish, which was a nice gesture.
We thought about having dessert, but given the excessive noise and slow service we decided to call it a night.
Ciao Bella is always excellent. We made a last minute Friday night reservation and were not disappointed. The servers are professionals, the food is superb and it's a very pleasant experience. My only regret is that I decided to order something other than my usual Red Pepper Linguine with Scallops. Cacio y Pepe was also good but the linguine is so tasty.
Great server. Great food. We sat at the bar for a drink while waiting and ended up moving to a booth in the bar. The food was very nice but the best thing was the service we had from our bartender who also was are food server.
Great food, great new chairs what van one ask for
Fantastic food and service! Easy access with plenty of parking - we all loved it. Well done Ciao Bello!
Very inattentive service.
Very loud hard to hear each other on a 4 top
Excellent food and service. Will definitely return.
We sat off to the side. Loved the privacy but it was a bit dark over there. We celebrated our son’s 40th birthday. Had to purchase a dessert for him. Would have been nice to have a complimentary dessert for a milestone birthday. Otherwise, it was great!
I always love the ambience at Ciao Bella. Our service was wonderful and the food was great. I love the selection, there is a plentiful variety to choose from on the menu.
Incredible food! Great variety and flavor. Excellent service both in the bar and the restaurant. I’m already thinking about when I can get back to the area to eat here again!
Ciao Bella is one of our favorite paces! We've never had a bad meal here! We have a favorite server- Doug, and he always makes our experience the best! We always feel special when we eat at Ciao Bella. It's warm cozy environment. We highly recommend Ciao Bella!!! Ciao!
I did not like being seated at a round table for six when there were only four of us. Terrific service, good food.
Ciao Bella is consistently excellent in both service and food. Love the daily specials and pastas. If you are a fish lover, the salmon is always cooked to perfection. Unfortunately I never have room for dessert.
Fantastic food and great service. A little more expensive, but worth it for a romantic night out and great Italian.
Service by "Sam," excellent. She was attentive without being intrusive, accommodating on customizing orders, and aware of our mentioned time requirements.
Halibut Special was delicious: perfectly cooked according to requests and wildrice/farro mix was delicious. Friend complimented her risotto (handmade by Restaurant) substitute with her Halibut Special. Other friend's Shrimp Pecorino Pasta was enjoyed as well. Perfect dining experience for an evening out before a movie.
Great! Waitress was very good. She let us sit after lunch. We are coming back for lunch again next month for our monthly girlfriend lunch. They loved it. Never been here. It was a much better experience for me. Food much better, too.
Noise level was fine when we arrived, but by the time we were halfway through our meal, it was hard to hear each other. Based on that, I would not return.
I have enjoyed Ciao Bella in the past for both lunch and dinner. Not this time. The service was horrible! It took a while for our waitperson to come to our table. We ordered drinks and she said she’d return with bread. Ten minutes. Then another wait to order. When we wanted the check, she was no where to be found. Finally flagged another waitperson and a hostess. The food was excellent and the bread divine but the poor service overrides.
I really enjoyed my last visit to the restaurant. The food was really good and our waiter Jerome was excellent! I would recommend this place to a friend or group of friends but not for an intimate night out because its pretty loud.
Waitress was excellent- very attentive!
Douglas was a very knowledgeable and accommodating waiter. All the meals were fabulous. The desert suggest by Douglas was to die for. And the after dinner drink was a topper.
