Took our nephew and new wife to dinner. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
We have always had great experiences here.
Will return soon.
The food was bland. I ordered the lobster macaroni-it was a tablespoon over lobster. It was flavorless. The prime rib was dry.
The view was perfect. I had the east coast lobster roll. It was delicious!
Overpriced buffet for the quality of food. Worst part is that the scrambled eggs were hard and dry. And the service was poor. Waited around for the waiter multiple times. Took him 10 minutes to greet our table and a long time to return.
Ordering a la carte is definitely better than the buffet.
My third time at this restaurant. The food was good with lots of variety. The service was okay. And the atmosphere was good. Would recommend eating here.
Could have used a more attentive server.
Appetizer and soup came at the same time? That makes no sense. Then, brought our entrees before we had finished our appetizer. That’s just not right. Other than that, loved the place.
My wife chicken plate was very over cooked and hard to cut. And my salmon dish just wasn’t flavorful. It was our anniversary night, so this is very very disappointing...
Very disappointed in the service. It took to long to receive our wine, appetizer and our entrée. By the time that we received our entrée one of the lunches was not what we ordered. Then we had to wait for the prawns to be cooked.
Where we sat was excellent. One person walks with a cane and we did not have to negotiate the stairs. This is just a one time event and I am sure that you will correct it. Considering everything I still tipped our server twenty percent.
Always great food and great service. I often recommend this location for brunch or any occasion.
Dining room just looked dirty. Fabric in our booth was stained, carpet didn’t look any better. Food was meh and service wasn’t great. The view is nice and I suppose that is how they get away with pricing. The best thing I ate was the sliced Gouda and bread. Seafood wasn’t good, prime rib was lacking flavor, eggs Benedict eggs were all over-hard and the two pastries I took back to my table were gross (mini pumpkin pie and chocolate covered strawberries). One small bite of each and I knew I didn’t want anything else from this restaurant.
I will not go back to this restaurant.
CI Shenanigans is always a great place for Sunday brunch. The food is always amazing and we are never disappointed.
Food was good, food delivery timing was bad, the entrees arrived before we’d finished our appetizers. Too, the waitress disappeared after taking our orders.
Waitstaff, drinks, appetizers, oysters, were great and accommodations for GF celiac member were met. The salmon ordered by another member of the party was overdone.
Service was very good. I had the filet and it was cooked perfectly, med rare. Another had salmon fettuccine she really liked it and it was a big portion. One person had the chicken marsala but didn't care for the stuffed asparagus inside it. One ordered the fish and chips from the kids menu, but got the regular order. The waiter changed the bill to the kids price. Overall it was very good food and service. And the view was as always beautiful. One of our favorite restaurants.
Everything was perfect. There was always a server to help you out. Food was amazing amd great romantic atmosphere! I would come back again.
Birthday dinner was quiet and beautiful. Service was good. No desert offered.
Amazing food and good personable service couldn't ask for a better experience
Sunday brunch was great. Huge selection, most of which was tasty. Attentive wait staff.
We were pretty much ignored by everyone in a service capacity. Check-in group forgot us, bartender had glasses to clean, waiter cruised thru a couple of times and didn't bother picking up dirty dishes etc.
Food was good but not great
Took my “men” out for their birthday. We enjoyed the view, the fun beverages, the fried calamari with peppers, yum, and steaks cooked perfectly.
The bar took forever with our drinks. The food tasted good once we received it. Food took a while. And they didn’t refill soda glasses or water glasses.
The location and inside of the restaurant is beautiful. Unfortunately, the food and service were lacking. I would not recommend it.
We had a great time I forgot our server's name but we absolutely delighted of the service we got. ..we are well taken care of...great job till next time.Thank you all !!!
Staff friendly and helpful
out of town guests so we headed to the brunch on the waterfront. Have been going here for many years. (over 10 years) Appreciated the manager coming by the table to get our input and the service was good. Critique food selection: Seems this could use an upgrade for the price charged. While the seafood selection of shrimp, oysters, snow type crab was adequate, the buffet selections were pretty pedestrian. sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, pork tenderloin (very dry), some potato type dish, a medallion of beef. We didn't try the prime type rib or omelet station goods but this might be the best selection at the buffet as it appeared fresher. Might wait awhile before going back
Good food and service
Good food nice view
We were seated at a beautiful water view table. The wait staff was attentive to us throughout our stay.
We enjoyed our birthday celebration. Thank you!
Food was good. Order took forever to get
The view is amazing! I wasn’t happy with the Lobster Bisque. It was grainy with bits of carrot, not smooth at all. It was creamy. I also had the Lobster roll with side salad. I don’t think it was worth $20. The Next time I will order something different. My Husband loved his sirloin steak but they brought him mashed potatoes instead of French fries. Overall a good birthday experience.
We had out of state guests and were disappointed with ambiance, overall quality of food and presentation. We asked for a seat near window but the windows were dirty. No bread basket to accompany entrees. Entrees were not well presented on 'old-looking' plates. Paper menus were old and well-used looking. Food quality was mediocre. All-around, we were disappointed this time around. Service needed some improvement too: water glasses not routinely filled; etc., not bad, but not top-notch either.
We requested a window seat for a special birthday celebration; instead, we were seated in a booth BEHIND the window seats.
My food was so very salty that I had to stop eating it. Only white soft bread was in the basket, no brown bread which is much tastier.
I have hip problem and there were no seats in the waiting area; I couldn't get any relief from standing. The handicap space had a red curb right outside the door, which presented a potential tripping hazard.
Nope, not again.
We haven't had Sunday brunch in a long while and this is the place. What a sumptuous spread! Fresh seafood, omelets and crepes made to order, huge variety of meats, eggs, Mexican dishes, vegetables and fruit, tables and tables of every kind of food, all delicious. We were one of the last seatings but every thing was available and fresh. The view is fabulous throughout the dining area. We laughed and had wonderful conversation with no distruptions (except to visit the buffet again and again). The bread pudding was stellar! Coffee, tea, and juice is included. Great prices on Mimosas and the wine list is nice. The only thing I could suggest is lighten up the cream cheese dishes and a little less sugar in the fruit dishes. This is old school excellence. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.
I've been a patron of this establishment for 25 years.i miss the mimosa deal they use to have.
My wife and I celebrate our first date anniversary at shenanigans. We had a perfect day for the deck, the food and service were very good! We’ll continue to go back for our special occasions.
Ate outside in the patio - beautiful weather and wonderful food and wine. We were celebrating our good friend’s birthday!
We had a wonderful dinner. Everything cooked to perfection. Steaks, seafood, crab legs, even rhe .ac ans cheese.
Second time there for Sunday brunch. Highly recommend it.
Anthony was perfect! He was very attentive and very funny. He was ready going and was very nice to us.
