    Christy Hill is excited to offer a Prix Fixe menu for the Fourth of July! Tahoe City is again featuring a magnificent firework display over the lake and Christy Hill is your front row seat to Lake Tahoe and celebrating our Nation's special holiday. The Prix Fixe menu will be the only menu offered on this night and will be available in three locations, Inside the Dining Room, on the Terrace, and in the Sandbar. Chef Luis Vallin will be featuring a Four Course menu for the first seating and a Six Course Menu for the second seating. Our Wine Director JB, features perfectly paired wines to match ever course with the optional add on wine pairing. Live Brazilian Jazz Duet, Emily Ramey and Todd Holway, providing breezy jazzy tunes to compliment the elegant experience. Christy Hill is the quintessential summertime dining on the lake experience perfect to celebrate this magnificent event. We hope to see you there!

    Wonderful setting with clear view of Lake Tahoe. Mains were outstanding, Moroccan Lamb, and the fish. First courses were too clever and did not work that well, sunchokes, and beets. Desserts very good. Service only adequate for such an expensive restaurant. Overall the mains and the setting overcame all the other issues.

    I love this restaurant! The food, the service, and view is unparalleled! My husband and I were discussing how much the chefs put into every dish. The menu is creative and has so many options. Go early and enjoy the view! World class experience!

    The tasting menu was amazing. Each dish was unique, gorgeous and delicious. We went there for our anniversary, and it was perfect. Really special.

    View was beautiful as was the presentation of the food. Halibut was good, gnocchi was over cooked. Duck was just ok. Duck portion was very small. We went for our 40th wedding anniversary and the hostess acknowledged it but the server did not. We expected better quality food considering price and location.

    Our server Erin was amazing. Funny and engaging and took great care of us. You just can’t beat the view and the food was simply delicious. Beautifully prepared. Loved every minute.

    Went here to celebrate a birthday for my partner. The only thing good was the location/view of the lake. This was the worst food I’ve had at a fine dining place. The potatoes that came with my wagyu steak were too hard to cut with the knife and chew. We weren’t provided any condiments at the table and when asked for salt and pepper the server gave us attitude and then practically threw the salt and pepper shakers at us on the table. I was hoping this was going to be a very special and memorable dinner and experience. We kept seeing about 3 other parties in the restaurant also celebrating a birthday get provided more attention and even a dessert with candles. We weren’t provided this even though I confirmed with the host that we were celebrating a birthday. We felt ignored and then the manager came over to apologize and asked if we’d like it to take dessert to go which defeats the purpose of celebrating at their restaurant. The food was not satisfying at all and we left still hungry and sadly disappointed.

    Over priced for tiny portions. Small menu with limited options. Staff seemed irritable. Beautiful views though.

    Amazing food. A true gem in town. Had the chef’s prix fix menu. Great choice to try multiple things on the menu. Definitely recommend.
