Best and most consistent restaurant in Tahoe City. Always a go-to for special occasions.
We always love Christy Hill. The food is consistent and the lake views and ambiance are great!
Excellent restaurant with incredible food. The staff was extremely polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. It was a wonderful experience. The chocolate bread pudding is outstanding! Many 4 person tables along a wall of windows with incredible views of the lake. Good wine menu with reasonable prices. In our location we sat fairly close to other couples, who we had wonderful conversations with and shared wine. We will be back!
Very cute spot with gorgeous views! Great wine list selection and food pairing available for those willing to venture out of your comfort zone. Will definitely come back when we are in town again.
We had the Chef’s tasting menu, and it was excellent. Creative, flavorful dishes. And the view - can’t be beat!
Enjoy the Terrific culinary experience accompanied by wonderful service for a truly enjoyable evening. Then you items with creative modern and yet quite comforting. Will certainly go back.
Fantastic meal. We were even exclaiming about the flavor in our salads and trading bites of salad among the table. The service was outstanding as well.
Christy Hill did not meet our expectation of fine dining. Fennel potato soup was excellent, but rest of the meal was substandard. -fingerling potatoes tasted reheated/warmed over. Tiny portion of few Brussel sprouts served were tasty but not at all worth the $8 price. Other dishes disappointing. Cocktails insignificant. Would not return.
Outstanding views! Delicious desserts and the scallops were fabulous. Even the French press herbal tea at the end of the night was special.
One of the best resturants at Lake Tahoe. Great location, great happy hour. Fantaastic bartender BJ. Roasted Tomato soup best I ever had. Petrale Sole was terrific and presented artistically.
We have been dining at Christy Hill for some 25 years. It is always good. My wife had the scallops and ravioli which was exceptional. I had the best pork chop I have ever had.
We always love our dinner at Christy Hill! It is our go to place for special occasions and it never disappoints!!
Absolutely amazing! The staff. The ambiance. And the food, wine and desserts were all wonderful. Three days later and we’re still talking about it. Can’t wait to go back!
Best dinner in Tahoe. loved the Chocolate Hazelnut crunch bar
The entire night was perfect! The food and wine selections were fantastic along with the service to match! Wished I lived closer because I would certainly return again!
My wife and I celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary at Christy Hill was the perfect choice. Great food, excellent service and the view of the Lake makes for a spectacular evening. Thanks Christy Hill for a memorable anniversary.
Had a great dinner. They got us in earlier than our reservation, which was nice and gave us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary that was amazing! Definitely recommend...great view of the lake.
Great food, as always! Peach and blueberry salad was DELISH!!
We weren’t expecting such an amazing meal! The chef is very creative, the food was fresh and in season. Highly recommended.
View of the lake, quality of ingredients, and fairness of wine prices were all very good. Unfortunately, the cooking was a bit immature (overseasoned lamb, pasta with an odd vegetal quality, etc.). The biggest let-down was the service--our waiter was talking to another table when he threw our mains down... wine was almost always poured by us, etc.
A rather disappointing night for $250.
Great view of lake. Service was superb. Food was tremendous. Pork chop amazing. All offerings have great presentation
Great view and service. The food was excellent . My wife had the halibut and I had the pork chop. Both were great. Our server was very knowledgeable with the food suggestions and did not try to steer us to any one specific entree. When we return to Lake Tahoe, we will be back to this restaurant for sure.
Excellent as always. Best restaurant in Tahoe area
Most peaceful and delicious meal overlooking Lake Tahoe. The crowds are gone, the service friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The view spectacular.
The duck was prepared beautifully! Thank you for providing gluten free options!
What a fabulous birthday dinner! The views! The service! The food quality! You will not be disappointed dining here!
Christy Hill is a favorite! We have returned for many a special occasion and will continue again and again. Food is carefully and passionately presented. Loved it! Rachel our waitress was the best.
Great food and beautiful views of Lake Tahoe! First visit but hopefully not the last!
Fabulous birthday dinner...
We have eaten at Christy Hill numerous times, dating back to when they were in their original location in a quaint cottage in Squaw Valley. We have never been disappointed over the many years that we have enjoyed this outstanding restaurant. The food is outstanding, they have great outside deck seating overlooking beautiful Lake Tahoe and excellent tables indoors that enjoy the same wonderful view.
The staff and wait personnel are professional and wonderfully attentive.
Went for the views, loved the service provided by the young female hostess and our server named Carlos. Great time and good food!
Anniversary celebrated. Restaurant and all waiters made our anniversary very special from where we sat, to recommended servings & free dessert. Very memorable & the best scallops ever tasted. Chef is very creative & everything we tried was very good.
Magnificent view. Great wine list. Ever changing menu, everything is delicious. Only thing to know: no liquor liscense so don’t come expecting a cocktail
The pretty raw egg on top of the pasta was kind of unusual. I could have done with out that.
Dining at Christy Hill is always a special treat. Delicious food, gracious staff, beautiful setting.
Great location, was in awe of the view for most of the meal. Food was a little overpriced, but to be expected in a vacation location like Lake Tahoe. Service was excellent. No liquor, just wine and beer, kind of a bummer. Worth checking out for the view alone.
Staff was scattered but friendly. Food was good.
