Christopher's World Grille
Not only has Christopher's been voted 1st Place for Best Fine Dining four years in a row by the Best of the Brazos Valley, and won several awards for Best Fine Dining and Most Romantic by the Eagle's Reader's Poll, Christopher's has recently been featured in Texas Monthly magazine.
Christopher's is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Lunch and dinner reservations are recommended
Always a pleasant experience at Christophers! Service and food excellent. You can always count on a delightful time - lunch or dinner.
I made Birthday reservations for my wife and we loved it. We were treated to 5 star experience all night long. The waiter even told my wife Hapy Birthday without me having to mention it to anyone. It was a great experience from the time we were seated until we left.
Great food and service!
Great dining experience food was excellent and service was exceptional
We took our granddaughter to Christopher’s for a special celebration of her just beginning her A&M career. The meal was awesome . We each had one of their specialty steaks which were cooked to perfection. Our waiter Michael was charming and quite attentive. We hope to return often.
Went to Brunch before the Aggie game and as usual we were not disappointed. We both had s Bloody Mary and delicious bread with their olive oil dip. My wife had the chicken and Brie sandwich with the French fry salad. It was delicious. I tried the special which was a quiche with ham potatoes and onion and a field salad and tomatoe basil soup. Also included some toast with goat cheese spread. Very good.
Restaurant came highly recommended. Food was excellent. Room was very noisy..hard to hold conversation. Service started off well, but think waiter had too many tables. Didn't get our bottle of wine until after our meal was served. Disappointing...
We enjoyed a wonderful dinner Friday night prior to the big Clemson game. Wonderful!!
Great quality food and outstanding staff. We went on a game weekend, but they made everyone feel like the most important people in the place. Highly recommended.
Awesome place, the filet was melt in your mouth incredible!
Christopher's is one of our favorite restaurants and it is consistently EXCELLENT. The wait staff is well-trained to take care of all needs of every type of customer and they are very knowledgeable about the menu. The variety of food choices and the nice wine list make for an unbeatable combination! We will go back - again and again!
Love this place, but for the first time ever the steak ordered for medium doneness was overcooked to ‘super’ well doneness and very dry.
Great overall experience! I went to celebrate one year of being with my girlfriend, and we loved it (especially since she is gluten free). We were greeted by a man (whom I assume is Christopher) that was not a fake businessman. He truly seemed like a real person. The staff overall was good, but the only problem was when the waitress read the specials, she spoke so fast, described each special in great detail which made it drawn out and it was hard to understand her because of the speed, and there were like 7 specials so she spent almost 5 minutes going over it all. I had no clue what she had said by the end of it. Very sweet girl, though. Worth the drive from College Station. It rained the day we went, and that almost added to the the beauty o the restaurant. Once that area is more developed I have no doubt this will be a gorgeous restaurant spot where many people go often.
Everything was fantastic!! I definitely recommend this restaurant.
Very nice dinner & service. Was a special occasion which must happen often here but the Staff treated us as though it was the first such special occasion. Thanks
We've been coming to Christopher's for ten years. It has ALWAYS been a magnificent dining experience. Ranks right up there with the fine dining I've experienced in Washington, D.C., L.A., San Diego and Dallas.
This was my first visit to Christopher's. The food, ambience and staff have a great reputation locally so we had high expectations. Needless to say we were not disappointed. The Staff was amazing, the location (1913 farmhouse) and the food were all amazing! We are looking for reasons to return soon.
What a great local establishment to have in the Bryan/College Station area.
Christopher's was recommended by our friends, and we met my 2nd cousin and her husband while they were visiting from California. The meal was delicious and the service was excellent. The food presentation was well done, and the ambiance was just what we were looking for.
The Caesar salad, steak and vegetables, and dessert were delicious. The ribeye was cooked to a true medium and very tender and juicy. Our server was excellent and checked on us frequently. This was our anniversary dinner and we were completely satisfied. We did not go home hungry even after sharing an entre and salad. The servings were very generous, and we thought the prices were reasonable. We will definitely return.
Great food. Very memorable for the celebration of our 23rd Anniversary.
We have celebrated numerous special occasions (anniversaries, birthdays, we-made-it-through-the-weeks, etc.) at this restaurant for over a decade. Every time we try to go elsewhere to celebrate, we regret it. Christopher’s never dissapoints.
Great food and service. Allways has been great everytime we dine here.
Great flavored stents. No excuses for a wobbly table, rest was fine
Fantastic staff and food! Very accommodating for my food sensitivities too. The duck & apple quesadillas were the best!
My wife and I had dinner at Christopher's World Grille, during which we celebrated our wedding anniversary. This was a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. The service was attentive, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was refined. We ordered several off menu specials; my wife had the chicken fried oysters followed by sea bass and I had the Roquefort apple salad followed by a bone-in 16 ounce rib eye. For dessert my wife had chocolate covered strawberries with a Brandy Alexander and I had the Berries Napoleon. Everything was perfect. For fine dining in the Brazos Valley, Christopher's is the place to go.
Very impressed with the berry bread pudding! Very good combination of vegetables with the entree.
This is a really nice place where you would like to take your special one for dining. highly recommended if you are looking for an upscale place for the special dinner. Service is excellent. Food is quite good and the portion size is a good value for the money.
We had an appetizer and the new creole crawfish salad. Everything was very tasty! We were trying to eat light...until the flourless chocolate cake anyway.
It was our anniversary. We left too full and too happy!
Rachel ran bar and covered early types like us that had 6PM reservations. Mixing our drinks, she was responsible for a fabulous front end experience. Not sure who was cooking on a Sunday night, but the quality shined through!
Loved the teamwork as the owner/chef credited the executive chef and two sous chefs in the menu.
Roquefort salad popped with beautiful ingredients. Sauces on bacon wrapped scallops with toast were awesome. The steak entree for the wife was cooked to perfection (and the sauce) was awesome. My stuffed flounder was delightfully prepared. Lots of accent flavors on both dishes made sure the tastes supported the journey. Portions were ample.
Being foolish, we had the fruit cup with a bit of custard and a cappuccino finished off the evening.
Highly recommend it.
We had a Sunday brunch to celebrate a birthday. Everything was outstanding! We will be dining again! It’s worth the drive from Boerne!
Christopher’s NEVER disappoints! Fabulous atmosphere, service, and of course, the FOOD!
Really amazing menu and meal, service was good, beautiful, fun building, very interesting and enjoyable all around. Have and will continue to recommend to friends.
Wish there was option for non spicy entrees.....we don’t care for spicy foods.
Christopher’s is always a special treat! The food is delicious and service is outstanding .
Seating on the back wall in the room by the bar seems too close. You feel like your at the same table with your neighbor.
What a great dining experience! Wonderful food, pleasant atmosphere, great waitstaff
We have not been to Christopher's for about 10 years, but this was definitely a case where our memories were not wrong. The ambiance, food and service was absolutely outstanding and lived up to our expectations. The server was great--attentive but not over bearing, made great recommendations on food and wine. I had a steak and my wife had the lamb, and she said it was the best she has had. We can hardly wait to go back again, and it won't be 10 years this time.
The meal was excellent and the service was also. The wine list provided a wide selection. The meal presentation was beautiful. I highly recommend the restaurant for special occasions.
As always a wonderful meal!! And wait staff is always outstanding!
