Christner's Prime Steak and Lobster Ratings and Reviews
My seared tuna and my husband's salmon were excellent and both large portions. The service was spot on. We went for my husband's birthday, he sincerely enjoyed the food and ambience. My only recommendation, do not put the cocktail sauce on the shrimp cocktail. Should be served on the side.
This is our favorite restaurant to celebrate our anniversary and birthdays. The filet melts in your mouth and the cream spinach and potatoes au gratin are our favorite sides. And of course the bread!! Our adult sons always say yes when we ask them to join us.
It was my first time in and I was not disappointed. The food was excellent and fillet was cooked to perfection. We felt a bit rushed as it was New Year’s Eve and the restaurant had over 900 reservations. We will be back to dine for another special night soon.
Absolutely amazing! From the moment you valet your car till to the time you get into your car an experience you won’t forget. Every single bite of food I had here was unbelievable. Top notch and perfection. Having one of the owners stop by (Carole C) was delightful and she is super sweet. I would come here every week if my pocket would allow me to (gotta feed the 3 year old twins too). Service was impeccable. Luigi - you are the man!
My husband and I had a lovely date night on Christmas Eve. It was very busy, but they had a table for us at our reservation time. Despite full tables, our waiter was attentive and our food was well timed to allow us to enjoy without being rushed or left waiting. Not our first visit and certainly won’t be our last.
Christner’s has been a Christmas Eve tradition for years in our family. Food is always on spot and never fails to please. Looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or just have a superb meal, this is the place to go. We love having Manny as our waiter, when we are lucky enough to get him !
Surf n Turf was excellent and so was the Sea Bass that wife had. We were celebrating an anniversary and unfortunately next to us was a table of 12+ which was quite loud so our dinner was not as romantic as we would have liked. Although the main entree was excellent the lobster bisque was not that great ( a 4 on a scale to 10 ).
Christner’s always offers impeccable service, amazing foods and cocktails, will not eat steak unless it’s from Christner’s, it’s seasoned and cooked to perfection meat is tender and delicious (the best steaks in the U.S. are served here).
From the valet at the door upon arrival too the piano man, our evening was absolutely perfect! It was my better half's birthday and we decided on going to a more upscale traditional steakhouse. Christner's was not initially on the radar but after reading some reviews online it sounded like the best fit. Plus I received some brownie points for finding this gem ;)
Josh was our server and fantastic for our virgin dining experience at Christner's Prime. He carefully guided us through the wine listing and also how we should expect the progression of the evening to occur. We started light with the salad wedge and Lobster Bisque. If you like the aforementioned soup then you have to try it! Absolutely the best I have ever had. For main course we chose the Porterhouse and Filet from the USDA Prime steak menu. The filet was cooked perfectly and completely melted when it hit the mouth. The Porterhouse was equally as delicious and cooked to perfection. Trying to stay somewhat good with our meal the Brussel Sprouts and Spinach Osage seemed to be good choices! And that they were!
The grand finale for the night was the Amazing 3 layer orange pineapple cake. This may be the perfect place for a special occasion as it is a little pricey but we won't be able to wait that long to have another slice of that cake! It was moist and the perfect balance of sweet without taking it too far. Our next date night will end with a night cap and delicious slice of cake at Christner's Prime.
