Christini's Ristorante Italiano Ratings and Reviews
Christini’s was lovely as always. The food is amazing, but the service is truly what shines. It comes right down to the details of the service- knowing why you are there from walking in to walking to your car, the expertise on the wine and the menu, the pleasant escort to and from your seat, the accordion, and so much more.
Overall, the evening was excellent, from the food and service. However, the wait staff (4 of them) were pretty close to the table (by the stairs) just chit chatting away and it was distracting from the evening . One of them talked to Brian at the host stand, but instead of walking to the podium, he was by the table talking down to him. The accordionist was wonderful and was a lovely ending to the meal
Top notch service and excellent food prepared in the most wonderful old school tradition. Expect to spend for this and expect to be completely satisfied, if you are looking for a value restaurant expect to be disappointed. This is for people who appreciate good food and service!
This place was very overpriced, especially for what you get. I ordered a seafood ravioli, one of the less expensive dishes on the menu for around $40. I got a total of SIX ravioli supposedly filled with lobster, which was completely indiscernible. My husband ordered a side of spaghetti with his entree and they instead brought a side of penne. The $$ Caesar salad tasted fine, but again, for the price was relatively small. We ordered wine to be brought out with dinner which came instead before our appetizers. Our guest had just been served his cocktail when the waiter brought the opened bottle of wine and poured, so he had to sit with his cocktail and glass of wine in front of him before any food arrived. It took forever to order dinner after they brought the premature wine and at the end took forever for them to clear our dirty dishes. We sat with them at our elbows for a good 15 minutes as we conversed with our business acquaintance from Belgium. The location of this restaurant is in a shopping plaza next to a grocery store. I would never imagine the prices to be as inflated as what they were. We will never go to this restaurant again and certainly not recommend it.
Wonderful evening. From the moment we walked in the whole staff made us feel at home. It was my daughters 24th Birthday . Everyone told her Happy Birthday. Food was impeccable. We all had something different. Veal, pasta, fish. Everything was very good. Don’t go there with a shallow wallet. Cause your gonna want to have a full experience. And it’s worth it.
Christinis was so encapturing on Tuesday, that we had to return on Thursday during our short stay. The service was outstanding but the gold medal of excellence goes to Claudia and Joey, the most classy and beautiful bartenders in the world. The Golf Pros from Boston were very impressed.
My wife and I had an amazing experience here. We asked for samplers and wine pairings and our multiple servers delivered in the best ways. The sea bass was the best fish my wife had ever had. The phenomenal level of service even extended to the accordion player, who without hesitation jumped into a perfect rendition of whatever we requested of him.
Overall an amazing experience, truly worth doing at least once. My wife and I will never forget it and link forward to telling our family and friends about it.
Christini’s was the highlight of our business trip to Orlando. This is a five-star neighborhood restaurant not far from the tourist zone. Upscale, but not formal. Reservations are a must. We booked well in advance, but relaxed with some wine for 30 minutes while waiting for a table. The authentic Italian food is presented beautifully in generous portions and is meant to savor. A roving musician encourages the enjoyment of the dining experience. The wait staff is very attentive and hospitable. Definitely a welcome departure from the franchise eateries on the tourist venue.
