The food quality was poor, incorrect, service was slow, checks were wrong, waitress never brought back change.
We were promptly seated at a nice table with a view. We ordered a drink and were able to relax for a while which we appreciated. Our server, Myra, was very nice and attentive. The food was very good and decent portions. We enjoyed our evening and look forward to returning another time.
Food was amazing
Our server was great! The food was just okay. Have had better. Restaurant Week is starting to get a little overrated.
Great waiter. Food w as very good highly recommend.
CHOPS was very nice. For a Friday night during Restaurant Week it was fairly quiet, but that was okay. The food was really good. I would love to go back to try something else from the menu.
Steak was over-cooked. Waiter did not even offer to address. Desert recommendation was terrible. May be due to “Restaurant Week” coverage but still no excuse for mediocre experience. Will not be returning.
Food was delicious. Service was slow. Server was nonchalant. We were upstairs and it took forever to get wine refills. Servers were walking around with food and it seemed they weren’t really clear on where to bring it.
I was coming out of the restroom and motioned for a waitress who was carrying food to go ahead of me into the dining room. I said “you go- you have hot food.” Then she thanked me and promptly walked into the lane where the computer was. She put the food down and started using the computer. Calamari needs to be served hot! I’m glad we didn’t order it.
For the prices and the reputation of Chops, the service was disappointing.
Atmosphere was unwelcoming...drinks weren’t good
Dessert was over cooked. The lamb chops and scallops were good. Our overall experience was not a good one. Even on the way out. No one wished us a good night and we walked past the manager.
I ordered the Filet Mignon and asked for medium cooked. It was well done and dry. I was disappointed but the other items were good.
Service and ambience were great, however i don't think a steakhouse should charge extra for things like a couple of anchovies on a salad or a small amount of blue cheese crumbles - i haven't been charged that at a steak place before. The food was good, steak a little bland and veggies were warm (not hot). Overall a good experience.
I am happy that I visited during restaurant week because the food and desserts were not good at all. I even became sick afterwards and had to stop work early because I was very sick. I had the Filet mignon, broccoli, mashed potatoes apple pie and cinnamon ice cream. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The server was nice and the restaurant is nice and trendy but I could never eat there again.
My daughter and had a nice time . Everyone was polite and helpful. Never had to hear let me get ur waiter which I liked.
Service was outstanding but the food was less than average for the price point. Beautiful space.
Great scallops and salmon salad looked equally good.
Fine dining with great ambiance & decent menu choices

Great service and food options were creative. Had the horseradish crusted Halibut and was the envy of the table. Highly recommended!!!
We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the halibut! Thank you for your review. Please visit us again soon! -Chops
Chops Restaurant serves fresh seafood. The shrimp and crab was delicious and they gave very generous portions. The atmosphere was bright and alive and the service was second to none. I have made this one of my go to restaurants that I would highly recommend.
Thank you for 5-stars! We hope to see you soon here at Chops!
Great meal and service. Our clients appreciated the extra attention our server provided and the food was fantastic.
Thank you, Luigi, for a 5-star rating! We hope to see you soon here at Chops!
Joe Wolf, and the staff do wonderful job, from the hearty greeting to "Thank you" at the end!
I was in town on a business trip, and so I made a reservation on OpenTable to dine here. Strangely, the restaurant said I didn't show up. What's the point of making a reservation(and using Open Table) if they're not going to acknowledge it? Well, anyhow, my meal started with the mini-wedge salad, which was very good. For my entree I had the lamb chops, medium rare, but specifically asked if the mustard and pistachio rub could be left off. Sadly, they ignored that request. The lamb chops were just OK, very little flavor, cooked more like medium, and sort of tough, I've had better. I thought about sending the chops back, but that seemed like a total jerk move. For dessert, I had the carrot cake, which was also very good.
All-in-all, it was just a very average dining experience. For the price, there are significantly better places to dine.
The service was spotty and the portions quite small. The bus person cleared the pickle tray in the middle of lunch as they were trying to clean up and we had apparently been sitting too long.
Waiters have a very rude protocol— if someone is in mid-conversation, they abruptly interrupt them and start talking. They also are all over you with he frequent interruptions, which is annoying.
the menu needs to be varied a bit but the items that are the regular fare are well chosen and food is quite good. Service is very good, highly professional, but the meal takes a bit long to come from the kitchen - speeding food delivery a little would be beneficial.
I have to give Chops only three stars as they failed in a very important way - they had no record of my reservation even though it had been made 5 days previous, I received a confirmation from Opentable and responded positively to the email the day before my date that we would indeed be there as reserved. We got lucky and there was a table open. But had there not, it would have been very embarrassing for me. I was entertaining a new client and had a six figure proposal on the line where this dinner was the make or break for my company. The environment was quite nice and comfy, but very noisy as tables are close together and acoustics must not be very well designed. My clients were European and enjoy long meals (we were there 90 minutes). Chops closes very early, 9pm, and made it clear with moving chairs, closing blinds, etc. that it was time for us to go. Our server was very nice and attentive. The food was excellent. For a medium high-end restaurant, I'd say the table service and food was a good value given the total of our check. On the lighter side, the table knives have an oddly designed handle and kept falling off the edge of plates and causing other minor mishaps. It actually became funny with everyone battling their knife that it kind of broke some tension and gave us a common things to chuckle about.
Always a great lunch. Food is very good and large portions. Staff is friendly and very attentive. Highly recommended. My favorite is the chicken parmigiana.
Been here several times. Food and service are superb. Gets a little loud when all the tables are filled.
It was a great atmosphere. Food was good. Hosts were very pleasant.
The reservation was for the Birthday of a very special friend. We were given a booth, and it was just perfect, very easy to talk to each other.
Our salads were delicious., and the special Birthday presentation was perfect
Sean was our server, and he could not do enough to make all of us, and the Birthday Lady feel special!
He was terrific! When we come back again for another occasion, you can be sure that we will not just be reserving a table, but we will also be reserving Sean!
2 of the 3 meals were unsatisfactory. I ordered the Chops salad with grilled shrimp. The shrimp were undercooked. An associate ordered the Caesar salad with grilled chicken. That was also undercooked. The waitress offered to have more shrimp and chicken brought out but we were short on time, so I only accepted new shrimp. The manager came over, did not apologize and didn’t even offer to discount the bill. Will not return.
There isn’t a whole lot I can say other than it was outstanding from the incredible ambience, to the exceptional service, and the amazing & plentiful cuisine. It’s always a pleasure dining at CHOPS.
Food was delicious.
Food was terrible. I asked for a hamburger medium and it came out literally raw meat. I was on a business lunch and very embarrassed to send it back. It came out the exact same hamburger just re-heated. For a price of 18$ for a hamburger I would expect much better than a reheated hamburger. Would never recommend this restaurant.
Food was good more of a business atmosphere. Even though restaurant was empty we kept having to ask for our server. No refills on tea
Thank you for excellent service and delicious food.
The warm pretzel cheese bread is delicious and so much better than just regular bread. Had the chopped salad with chicken which was delicious. My colleague had the scallops which was thoroughly enjoyed.
We were a party of 5 and the second table set that evening. Soon after, a large group came in and then a few other parties of 2. Our service lagged from that moment on and our food came out behind many others. Steaks and pork chops were all over cooked drastically. Waited for them to be done which took forever. Sides were then cold. They then offered to buy us dessert which we of course declined. $550 later, we left. It was a terrible experience.
Perfect as always.
