very accommodative for table location. always good food and wine list. a bit pricey, but never disappoints

Anniversary

I took advantage of the Early Bird menu available from 5-6 pm. You choose two courses from a limited menu plus a quartino (7 oz) of wine and pay $39 or $48 depending on entree choice. It is a bargain! My teenage son chose a full priced giant steak from the regular dinner menu. The food was delicious, service impeccable and wonderful ambience! Highly recommend!

and professional. While we are not particularly fans of the recent redecoration, Chops
remains among the very top steakhouses in southwest Florida. We will be back,

Service and food was sensational. The setting is beautiful and the greeting was outstanding. The server took the time to make sure everyone at the table was informed and satisfied. The restaurant was very clean

My filet was ordered medium rare. My companion ordered his ribeye medium. His was medium rare. Mine was medium. Of course I let our waitress know she was more than gracious and accommodating. However, the man who came over to talk to us (I’m assuming he was a manager) argued with me about what a medium rare steak should be. I had eaten about 1/4 of it still hoping the center would be less cooked. Also it took a while to get our waitress’s attention and I was hungry. I was ready to just accept it and move on. But the manager made a show of things. He said “let’s have some fun. Cut that steak down the middle “. It embarrassed me. He was quite rude and condescending. He was waiting for me to say never mind. I almost did because I felt bad for having already eaten some of it. I sent it back and got a properly cooked filet. I was the host of that evening so I knew my steak was $65. Our meal was $250. There is no reason in my experience to be embarrassed by having to send a steak back. He should have whisked it away immediately. Everything else was delicious.

Absolute favorite restaurant in Naples!! Thomas is our favorite chef and always makes it a great experience!!

They should allow reservations for outdoor dining.

Stunned to see so many people packed in during the pandemic. I did not feel safe. No social distancing or limitations on seating. Large crowd very close together. Staff had masks, but that's all. I found it irresponsible during the covid pandemic.

The best steaks we can remember having in a very long time. Excellent clam chowder and side dishes also. Samantha is an excellent, knowledgeable and professional server.

Outstanding! The atmosphere very elegant, service impeccable. Our server Benny, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, attentive and polite. Food preparation and presentation excellent!

We had a reservation but were seated over a half hour later. We got “complimentary “ appetizers for our wait before our cocktail order was taken. Would have preferred getting our drinks after our long wait. Waitress was ok but could have been more interested.

How have I missed this amazing restaurant all of these years?? This is hands down the best steakhouse in Naples! Outstanding beef selection including USA, Australian & Japanese Waygu, House Dry Aged Prime and so much more. Salads are huge , sides are plentiful and large and even desserts are special. Service is top notch and I can't wait to go back

Service was very poor.

My wife and I met another couple and all but my wife was happy with their meal. She had the Steak Burger and it was over cooked. Salad dressing was too tart for her liking. Bet if we went back we would be happy. Nice place. We were in a booth and we actually could hear each other.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner. When we arrived a card was placed on our table wishing my wife a happy birthday. We arrived early and had the early menu, pre fixed with great choices. Overall a wonderful dinner.

Amazing service and food! The Clam chowder was the best we have had! The Mrs had the fillet béarnaise, and I had the bourbon barrel dry aged bone in New York strip! The y both were cooked to perfection!

We were celebrating a friend’s birthday sand i was picking up the tab. Our meals were wonderful. One got salmon, one beef tips and one chicken and we all thought our entrees were delicious. The only issue I have is that I think the prices were very high...but I weigh that against really delicious meals.

We have enjoyed Chops for years, love the new Decor.

food was very good-Wagyu steaks excellent as was the chopped salad. However--no outdoor heaters--seems a penny wise a pound foolish--we were very uncomfortable and left as soon as we finished eating thus bypassing dessert and coffee. All the other restaurants in the area have heaters.

We were seated outdoors, in an alley. Cold out. Felt like we were lucky they were feeding us, despite reservations. Shame - Otherwise looked like a nice place...
