Was really nice. 2 of the 3 entrees were outstanding. The 3rd was too spicy for my friend and was sent back with no problem or question! Don’t know if menu said “spicy” or not. Service was excellent. Forget to get club points but my fault! Will definitely go back.

3 course menu is a good value. A la carte is still very expensive. The salmon was Ok and the Wagyu steak was good. The sides were just OK (baked potato was lukewarm). The chef needs a little more attention to detail.

Special dinner visiting our son, he said it would be great, it was spectacular! Becky took great care of us, Henry checked on us, Chef came to our table to chat, piano player was outstanding. The men split enormous Porterhouse and I loved my Black Grouper entree. So glad we chose Chops over the other nearby options.

Wonderful experience. Food was outstanding, especially the sides (jalapeno au gratin potatoes 🤤). Great special occasion venue. Service was top notch. Steak (Australian A5) cooked perfectly, but I was slightly underwhelmed with the crust. The accompaniments/sauces were delightful though (sauteed mild mushrooms with a demi and brie cream sauce was excellent - my significant other got a novel chili jus with blackened peppers that was also great).

Dinner for three on Thanksgiving was terrific. People worry about going to a restaurant on a holiday but you don't have to worry about Chops. Everything was perfect from the time we walked in the door. Our reservation was on time and the hostess greeted us with a smile. Our server was very pleasant and efficient throughout the meal. I initially thought the server was kidding when he said they weren't serving turkey as a special for Thanksgiving but he wasn't. We ordered from the regular menu and it wasn't long before I was happy they weren't serving turkey. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. We started with Crispy Calamari, Steakhouse Caesar Salad, East and West Coast Oysters and some very tasty bread served warm with Irish butter. Next, for our entrees, we had Waygu Tri-tip steaks with wonderfully crisp hand cut fries and Prime Rib with silky smooth butter whipped potatoes...all served hot and perfectly cooked. For dessert, the three of us shared an organic apple sliced and baked into an individual pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that was large enough for the three of us to share and not even finish. The wine list has some good selections too....a little expensive but the wine variety is very good and the wines match well with the cuisine. It really was an incredible dinner. A+, all around.

Very enjoyable evening from start to finish. Giovanni is great at the bar, and Maddy was an excellent waitress. We did happy hour and the Chefs Tasting Menu (we had to ask for that menu as it was not provided initially). Clam chowder with clams in the shell, salad and calamari all great to start. All 4 of us had the pepper crusted wagyu and stuffed backed potato. Chocolate mousse and key lime pie were very good as well. Importantly, each of our steaks was cooked as requested. Hope they keep the HH and tasting menu after 11/30.

Steaks were very flavorful, but two were not prepared as ordered and required additional cooking time. The crab cake appetizer was perfect. The Chop salad had no much dressing on it.

Let me start with I am super particular and they fixed the issues with no question asked which was great …But overpriced for such major misses, I had high expectations . They high temp cook ( aka burn wagyu) I suggest you ask them to cook it differently cause it makes it taste like charcoal , they serve flat bread chips with caviar, their shaved truffle was Woody hard and had no aroma , the corn brûlée was tasty tho ! The ice cream while I assume this isn’t their best dessert it was so imitation flavored I gagged ! It’s a chain restaurant and that’s fine but that’s not fine dining like the prices and description convey. So lower your expectations and you will be just fine .

We had a lovely evening celebrating a birthday. We were seated at a nice quiet corner table. Alex provided excellent service (attentive and well paced) throughout the entire meal. Selected the salmon on the chef's tasting menu which came with a starter and dessert. It was a large portion, delicious, and a great value. The prime rib on the main menu (a bit pricey when you added sides) was flavorful and a perfect cut. The menu is extensive with both steak and seafood offerings. We will definitely return!

Our dining experience at Chops City Grill was outstanding!! Our server, Lacy, was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and made our dining experience a 10/10!! Our food was prepared exactly the way that we ordered it and was by far the BEST meal we have had in a very long time. Peter also stopped by our table to serve/clear our food and was equally enjoyable to interact with. Chops City Grill is a winner and our new favorite steakhouse. Can’t wait to dine there again!!

The service was very slow. The bottle of wine we ordered took 15 minutes to get to the table. No bread was offered until the wine came to the table. The kitchen refused to divide a salad between two plates in the kitchen and when the entrees finally came the filet was cold and the ribeye was under cooked.

The steaks were amazing but the grouper was a disappointment. Sides were brought to table with no serving spoons but luckily we were sll good w our forks. Overall a great night just will not order the grouper again.

Been going to chops for over 10 years, probably 90 visits...only had 2 bad meals...both times it was the steak being tough...and the other time it was over done and once again tough....especially in that price range...but 2 out of 90ish aint bad....their discount pricing of the past several months was GREAT....and I'd hope the overall pricing is relooked at...again REALLLLY good food...but pricing managed our decision on how often we'd go. At current prices it's expensive....but worth it as the food is OUTSTANDING. No better steak around...

Straight up martini was half full. One of the clams in the chowder was empty. Most disappointing was the discontinuation of the wonderful Snake River steaks. The substitutes were markedly inferior. We have visited Chops five times since July, and, up until last night, have had a very good experience. We’ll be back when the Snake River cuts are back.

The menu has so many options I love it was hard to choose. We did elect to sit outside which was much quieter, Inside was vibrant and loud. We didn't know but the restaurant was currently offering a 40% off the entire bill through the end of October 2023. Which explained why it was so hard to get reservations. As a result, we tried items on the menu we may have normally passed because of price. I can say the Wygu filet is awesome. The servers were very attentive. Definitely will go back again!
