The ice in my old fashion was melted by the time it got to the table. I ordered a bone in filet mignon medium rare, it came out raw. By the time they brought my filet back to the table my wife was done eating and it tasted like they put it in the microwave .
I noticed that I wasnt alone with my complaint. Three tables around me were complaining about the same thing.
I let the waitress know (who was very nice and attentive) we would never eat there again.
It was not a happy valentines dinner event .
Friendly atmosphere with moderate background noise. Food quality was excellent with a special plus given to the crab cakes. Quality and price were appropriate.
First time to Chops and it was a good experience. This is a typical steakhouse in that it was a bit on the expensive side but was not a-la-cart like a Capital Grille. I ordered the filet (boneless) and my wife ordered swordfish. Both were cooked perfect and tasted superb. Service was good, relaxed and not rushed. Atmosphere was fairly quiet also....much better than a typical steakhouse where you have to yell to have a conversation once it gets busy. Overall we were quite pleased and will definitely go back.
Food was fine but not exceptional, drinks just ok, service lackluster. Not likely to come again.
Knew nothing about the place, greeted fast, nice ambiance, waitress was knowledgeable and friendly, food was delicious and the steaks cooked to perfection. So tender you didnt need a knife. A little on the pricey side but otherwise a great place to eat and drink.
Got thw Delmonico and my son got the filet mignon, both medium rare. Delish! The brussel sprouts were phenomenal too. Highly recommended.
Well. They didn’t have a reservation for us even though we received many confirmations from you. The menu was totally different than the menu on open table too. It was my birthday even and the woman who was to seat us was rude and walked away leaving us to seat ourselves. But chef Andrew was exceptional and came to assure we enjoyed our meals.
Very disappointed for a New Years - non-celebration. Atmosphere was NOT what I expected. Too casual, open air, bright, loud . . . I would NOT categorize the noise level as ENERGETIC - just loud
For the prices, did not produce the service or elegant dining

We came here for Christmas dinner. I had the butternut squash ravioli and my hustand
had the strip steak. My ravioli were very good, but my husband said his steak had a little
too much fat. We split a dessert - lemon cheesecake - which was very good.
They cancelled our reservation and told me only upon arriving. They did not save a table by the bar either. So we left.

Excellent steaks and seafood. Try the lamb chop appetizer as well as their crab cake.
Loved the comfortable seating. Feels like you are at home. Everything was great. The food was very good. Menu had something for everyone. Loved the restaurant and will be back again.
Food was tasty - service was very good while this is in a hotel and very busy . The Brussel sprouts are the best and crab cakes are wonderful - steaks and burgers too
