    We have been to the bourbon dinners in the past and enjoyed, but this time, we were not impressed by the appetizer. The bourbon glaze bacon was delightful, the thick cut bacon, not so much. I tried the sea bass this time and it was tender and good, but seemed to be lacking in seasoning.

    Our server was Brianna . She was great . Knew when to ask if we needed anything without being too pushy or intruding. Went for an anniversary. Food and drinks were great. Would def recommend and return. Bringing her back some cheesecake from NY.

    We went to Gaia the previous day, and Chop House was much better. Better food, better service. I liked having a primary server, then multiple servers/helpers. Everything was exquisite.
