this was a first time for both myself, and my friend, we were both very happy with the service, the meals and the extra special attention to detail, (my friend has an allergy to shell fish) the manager was amazing! our server was very through in her explanation of the menu, the wine list and the desserts, I personally loved the tea so much i purchased four of your Brewt"s
I will be back, our evening was flawless from start to finish.

thanks

Waiter was terrible, forgot the Cesar salad, had to ask, forgot to bring water had to be asked twice, only brought one milk for two coffees again had to ask, brought bill without asking if we were splitting the bill, had to ask again to split it then didn’t even minus the app off one recipe when asked. Server made the evening unenjoable.

Amazing service! Staff went above and beyond in every aspect. Had a reservation and was sat promptly. Restaurant called to confirm any details earlier in the day of reservation. Went for valentines day and was very impressed. Highly profession, very enthusiastic. 100% Recommend!!!

I've been going to chop for 4 years now and back then it was way better then it is now. Had to send back both the steaks and even after correcting one of the steaks was still over cooked. Got the bill at the end and saw they had no food on it, so I was under the impression the food was covered. To later find out that she messed up the bill and charged in full after I went to pay. From food to service it has severely gone down hill over the years. Your better off going to the keg for the price they are charging.

Went here for valentines day. Chose the valentines day 3 course meal they offered. Food was great but service was slow spent over 2 hrs in the restaurant and our waiter forgot to give us some of the items that came with the deal like the champagne and bread. Overal was a nice place probably better service on a regular day.

Went there to celebrate Valentines as they had special Valentine’s Day set dinner menu. My bf and I had a great time. Staff was courteous, friendly, quick. Restaurant was very busy. One minor thing we took note, was our steaks and baked potatoes came out a bit cool, versus our usual sizzling hot steaks experience at any other steakhouse. I guess it could have been they were too busy with the Valentines special menu. But other than that, would recommend.

This is our second time coming to this location. It has been so amazing each time. Our servers were great (Most recently our server was Matthew) and the staff are very accommodating to food preferences/allergies. We will definitely be back to this location for a special occasion or date night in the near future!

Very disappointed, usually go to the Keg and have great experiences. Chop doesn't list steak sizes on the menu so when I ordered the top sirloin and it arrived to see how small it was completely surprised me. My wife ordered the burger and got sick almost hours after eating it. Would not recommend or return

First time at this chain and I have to say I was very impressed. I believe this is a nicer experience than your typical KEG. Appetizers were fantastic, steak cooked perfectly. I would skip the desserts (they were meh). Service very attentive albeit a bit disjointed (ie we received apps before drinks). I will definitely return, as this is the new go - to spot for friends get together in a slightly upscale environment. Cheers!

I ordered my steak well done which should be bar far the easiest cook. When my dinner came there was actual blood on the plate and my steak was completely raw. My husband steak was fine but the baked potatoe was not baked it was complete raw and hard. We usually go to the Keg but I wanted to try something different what a big mistake!
Ps the restaurant was freezing I kept my winter coat on

Service was very slow and servers not attentive. Took about 1.5 hours before we were served our mains, and that was only because we asked for them to check up on it. Plates came out VERY hot - that is a signal that the food was ready and was sitting under the heat lamps for a while.

It was a delicious experience! The Winterlicious menu provided a nice variety. Everything was delicious, well prepared and the right amount; not too much and not too little.

I have only one criticism; I found the music to be too loud as our meal progressed making conversation challenging.

Overall, it was a great experience. I would come back in a heartbeat. Your restaurant reminds me a lot of the Keg with your menu choices. It is nice to know that I have another steak house I can come and get a great meal.

Server was excellent. We were seated near the door at first, but was very cold and asked to be moved and had a great table. Excellent dinner !

Sat at the bar for dinner. Service was good.

We both ordered medium rare smoked ribeye steaks for dinner. One came out with very little char on the outside, the other looked great. Both were medium rare inside. Neither had any smoke flavor. I would expect more consistent steak cooking and more prominent smoke from a steak house that sells a smoked ribeye as its signature steak.

Sides were quite plain and uninspired. Loaded baked potato was a regular potato with sour cream, scallions, and a bit of bacon on top. Asparagus was literally 8 spears of steamed asparagus on a plate. No grill marks. No seasoning. No butter or garlic. Absolutely nothing.

I would go back, but I’d order far more pedestrian dishes at lower price points and have lower expectations.

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday. We didn’t know it was winterlicious and was told it was limited to 2 hours of dining. We thought we would be rushed with how busy it was. Gladly we we not and our meals were served in a timely manner. Great service and food as usual

First time visit to Chop on a Saturday afternoon for lunch during Winterlicious... Service was excellent! Our server Amanda was attentive, and had a sense of humour when we got the wrong order for dessert. The decor and ambiance were very cozy with unique lighting choices. I had a Caesar salad and the Chop burger, both of which were tasty but nothing really extraordinary. The Chocolate Souffle cake was very delicious. I really liked that the portion sizes were not huge.

We love the place is the second time we go there just different location. But the only thing at this location is that we were seat beside the entrance and every time the door was open the cold air came in and does it , maybe put a glass wall to avoid let the cold air in. Other than that WE LOVE CHOPS.

Came here for a Winterlicious lunch. I'm on a strict diet and was only able to pick one place to eat at for Winterlicious this year - and I came here. Sadly, the restaurant was frigid cold (we wore our winter jackets the entire time); our desserts were served while we were still working on our main; and the bill was handed to us before we finished the desserts.

The only reason I gave this experience 2 stars instead of 1 was because the food was above average and our server was pleasant. Otherwise, being rushed AND nearly going into a state of hypothermia left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Enjoyed a winterliscious dinner. The Ceasar salad is excellent. We both enjoyed it as well as the Prime rib. We like our horseradish to clear our nostrils, and it succeeded. The chocolate mousse cake desert was awesome - and I am not a dessert eater. I would hikely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a restaurant near the airport.
