    We went here in a Friday night. Bar side was super loud but dining side was quiet, casual private. The dining side service provided by Shawn was attentive, fast and friendly. Tuna Tataki is a must have. Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. 5 stars across the board. Chop never disappoints.

    My husband and I have been to Chop twice before, but at the London location. We've always had an amazing experience and the food and atmosphere have always been exceptional. I thought all Chops would be the same, unfortunately this location was a big let down. The only nice part was the manager found out we had not been to this location before and personally came over to our table to greet us and gave us a complimentary appetizer. Our waiter was non existent, she took our order and we only saw her when our food was ready and when we were done eating. Our requests for water were ignored until the very end when we were ready to leave, despite asking our server at the beginning and asking another waiter who had walked by. My steak was hard and chewy and my potatoes were bland. My steak is always cooked the same way and I've never had an issue. It's usually tender and juicy when I order from Chop. My husband liked his chicken, which was good. We were seated beside a large group of people who were hosting a celebration and it got very loud. We decided to just sit at our table instead of asking to be moved because the server was no where to be seen to accommodate our request. Unfortunately we will never go back to this location. Food, service and ambience were very much lacking.

    Great food! Amazing service! The French onion soup was full of flavour and our steaks were prepared just the way we like them. Robin, our server was friendly and attentive!

    Shaun - served me and my wife. We were celebrating my wife’s first Mother day . Biria spring rolls were great and phenomenal loved the steaks. Both our steaks were cooked perfectly to our liking. Shaun also got us a complimentary cheesecake on behalf of the chop team for my wife. That was a great and a1 service.

    Esteban was our waiter - he was very attentive and friendly! He ensured we had everything we needed and catered to our needs. Highly recommended him!! I deducted stars for food because we asked for no bacon on the burger and the kitchen made the mistake of adding the bacon. Disappointed we were comped with a Caesar salad that was mid, the lettuce was pink and the croutons large and stuck together. The halibut was overcooked, so were the green beans and overall dish was dry and hard to swallow. Highlights were the tuna appetizer, the burger with the correct adjustments was 10/10 and alcohol (beef on tap and cocktail) was 10/10. Definitely recommend the crème brule. Not as good as the one at cactus club or earls. But still hit the spot.
