Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night! Chop is located near the Vancouver International Airport and beside the Sandman Signature hotel. We’re only minutes from the River Rock Casino Resort and the Vancouver Skytrain.

Overall, partner and I had a splendid time and evening at Chops. Food was excellent, drinks were great. Really appreciate for the champagne surprise and the photo print from one of the workers/server with the fuji camera. Our server wasn’t at her best however, she given the attitude where it didn’t seem like she wanted to serve us, she never got out water for us, gave us a weird negative vibe with pressuring us to order when we just sat down and had barely anytime to look through the menu. On top of that , she never came to us to check on how our food was until close to end of the meal. She didn’t seem too happy with the amount of tip that was given to her at the end of the night when we paid, never thanked us for our visit nor “ have a nice rest of the night” A bit of a disappointment for her service. She also threw out the rest of our appetizer when we were still working on it ; we only thought she will take our plates out from our finished main course , didn’t expect her to clear the whole table and not returning with a take out box/container with our remaining appetizer. Given all our respect for the restaurant, we would only give our fullest credit and respect to the bartender and kitchen for the amazing food and beverages. We would come back for a visit occasionally for special reasoning for the food but wish that can get a better sort of service next time.

Server Ahmad was awesome, food was ok and ambiance was great. They overbooked reservations so had to wait, but no to long. Overall was good.

Prime rib and sirloin steak was wonderful! Free champagne was offered in Valentine’s night! Dessert trio was delicious. Good service and high value food with reasonable cost! Highly recommended!
