Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night! Chop is located near the Vancouver International Airport and beside the Sandman Signature hotel. We’re only minutes from the River Rock Casino Resort and the Vancouver Skytrain.

We add a great dinner! The steak was delicious! The service was outstanding and the restaurant director bring us tuna tartar as a greeting for our first time at CHOP

We reserved the private room for our 55th Little Flower Academy reunion! It was nice to be able to close the doors to the lively bar area so we could converse! The food was delicious and we received complimentary deserts!

We are seasoned diners and this was our 1st experience at this restaurant. We went to it because it was a Steak House. Ambience is very nice, relaxing and has a pleasant vibe. The food/cuisine needs some work. 3 out of 4 of us had the same steak which was the Filet. Two ordered medium-rare and one medium-well. The 2 medium-rares were cooked quite differently, half of one was medium and the other half it was well done?? The medium-well steak was severely "charred" but "was" cooked inside as requested. Service however was superb! Richard, our waiter was attentive, cordial and informative regarding the Menu and the Wine/Drinks assortment. We will come back as this may just have been an "off" night for the Chef and kitchen team. Andre

My husband had the prime rib and it was excellent. I had the filet mignon and it was a little overcooked and underseasoned. Normally the filet mignon is excellent, but not this time around.

Another great experience - We were fortunate enough to have Daniel as our server again. We enjoyed the steamed mussels appetizer, half rack of ribs, and seafood linguine, paired with rose and Bordeaux wines. We will definitely be back on our next time through

1. Ordered the limited special Dry Age New York steak 10 Oz medium-rare to celebrate my boy friend's birthday. However, the steak was very chewy and tasted like beef jerky. We are very pleased with the replacement as the regular New Yorker later on. 2. Made a request note to celebrate my boyfriend's 40th birthday at the time of reservation via OpenTable. A server came with a complimentary appy "tuna tartar" which tasted great and mentioned that she heard it was our First time to the restaurant instead of "birthday celebeation". Though no birthday dessert as expected. 3. Great service and ambience. Highly recommended

We have visited Chop many times over the years and our experiences have been positive. Unfortunately, the service level of our dinner experience this time fell short of expectations. There were several incidences and here are a few examples. We were only informed our entree was sold out 30 minutes after it happened. In addition, we were celebrating birthday with friends but half of our party’s entrees were served about 15 minutes later than the others, which shouldn’t happen at a steakhouse of Chop’s caliber. Nothing major but we also discovered some questionable charges after settling the bill. We have had many good time and memories at Chop Richmond and hope it will maintain its high caliber of food and services.

昨晚去食完，唔知點解想食物嘅時間十分耐，兒童餐亦是，要差不多半小時才有食物上，已經投訴咗，本人覺得佢應該係漏咗單，當時餐廳內不是太多人，食物方面係唔錯嘅，但係服務今次我覺得係差咗少少，
