Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

    Had another great meal at CHOP! It was incredibly busy but Mikayla (not sure about the spelling) kept up and our service was impeccable again. Kudos to all your staff. Mikayla gave a great dessert recommendation to top off our dinner. My son and I really enjoyed our dinner.

    Food is always good and happy hour drinks are a steal if you like wine. Love coming here with my girls. The birria spring rolls are a must try!

    Our waiter Brett was excellent at his job. Knew the menu well and recommended the best food. We enjoy Chop Steakhouse for our celebrations.

    Good food for the most part as usual however the desert sticky toffee sundae was a huge disappointment. It sounded really good but was basically ice cream with some cake in it. 3 of us had it and were not impressed. Definitely does not meet the excellent standards that we expect from chop

    Food was excellent the waiter was knowledgeable about the menu he was friendly and attended the table enough not too much He had a lot of tables. It took a little too long to get the cheque that is my only gripe.

    I come to this Chop location several times a year, and it never disappoints. Delicious food, and the service is always great. In particular, we’ve had the pleasure of having Gavin as our server for the second time, and not only did he remember us, but he was just as attentive, friendly, professional and awesome as the first time.     Great meal, went for a birthday for my mother. We had the tomahawk steak and some sides, everything was a perfect. My mom got a prime rib dinner that came out as a little tough, she mentioned it to the server and they immediately acted and brought her a new one! They even took it off the bill. After replacing it with a brand new plate. Exceptional service. And even a free birthday dessert.

    Had a fantastic meal with the family tonight st Chop. Food was very good and at a very competitive price. Our server Brett was very switched on and made good recommendations. Steaks were all cooked to order and well rested and seasoned. We will happily return to Chop.
