The ribs were good but the four pieces of vegetables you get were rock hard, couldn't eat them.

Made a reservation and we’re quickly escorted to our table upon arrival . Food was good, my 11oz Center cut was a little under cooked but I still enjoyed it. My fiancé’s was perfect!

Great service, our waitress was amazing, I think her name was Sarah. Only thing this place could potentially work on is their sign in staff. The girl was standing between the entrance doors playing with her fingers when we came in, made me fill out the covid 19 entrance papers which was fine, but then went inside and just vanished. It’s not great customer service to have someone whose taking their significant other out for their birthday, have to sit there and wait not only to be seated, but we didn’t even know if she was coming back she just bailed. Thank god the food was delicious and our waitress was amazing because I would have been quite upset.
Tip for the future, get rid of that girl, maybe put her on dishes in the back and doing something she can comprehend, and put someone with a brain at the door.

Lobster was way over cooked. Steak was amazing and made up for the poor service we had. Our server only had a couple customers and I had to wait long intervals for her to come so we could order drinks

We went here for an 85th Birthday celebration. While our drinks and appetizers were great, the meals fell short. The steaks and prime rib were awful, and all of our food was cold. The meals also got mixed up twice. The service was good however there were a lot of gaps between visits to the table. The manager was wonderful and worked hard to rectify the situation and did comp our meals which was great but we would have rather had out meals together and done correctly the first time.

I don’t know if it was because we were two hours before closing but our sever seemed to want us to hurry and I saw other tables being brought bread and water before ordering and I remember when I came a few years back it was severed immediately as well. That was not the case for my boyfriend and I. I also mentioned when I booked online it was my boyfriends birthday and he didn’t receive anything. We did not want to bother the server as it seemed she wanted to hurry with our table.

Couldn’t have asked for a better server.. absolutely incredible. Food to me was ok.. you charge keg prices but to me the quality of food was not quite there
An now I have tried to submit my review several times.. Same thing pops up where you know there’s a problem so I can’t submit.. stop sending out review requests unless it works!!!

Both the service and the food was beyond reproach. My wife ordered a pasta dish, and found out that it contained something that she didn't like the taste of, and they replaced the meal at no extra charge with a suitable replacement. My meal was excellent, as was our appetizer and our dessert.
The wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable without being intrusive.
Would definitely recommend.

I had the prime rib dinner. I ordered Medium, it was fully raw. I was eating it anyway, the quality seemed rubbery and not up to the usual prime rib I have at Chop. Was very disappointed in the meat. The service was outstanding our waitress was great.

Chop’s service and ambience was amazing! Our waiter was super patient and nice with us but it seemed like they were a little short handed. If you like medium rare for your prime rib i say ask them for medium, i found mine to be a little undercooked. The tuna was really interesting and good! Overall i would say 4/5 stars!

We were so disappointed this time. ( we have been at your restaurant many times.The service was very slow and by the time it was served the food was Luke warm and the steak was tough. The server was sweet and apologetic as the manager was, but for the the amount we paid were not happy.
Thinking the manager should of offered some compensation, but did not.
We did prefer your restaurant to The Keg, but unfortunately will not return .

Two on tap beers were ordered and given to the wrong patron, it's a steakhouse and they ran out of steak, the salad was supposed to be $7 if added to an entree and we were charged $9.95 and my meal put in a doggie bag was not brought to our table after the dinner.
