   The halibut entree was very small and lacked flavour and texture causing us to doubt it's origin.The large prime rib entree was seriously undercooked. Rather than the pink medium rare expected, it was dark red and bloody. Even after sending it back for more time on the grill, much of it was still red. It should also be noted that the prime rib was very fatty. As for the grilled seasonal vegetables, two tiny beet pieces were overcooked and the zucchini chunks were raw. Since we didn't have any potatoes or rice we expected more seasonal vegetables. We were surprised at how little was provided. Our previous experiences at this restaurant were acceptable. However after today's adventure we won't be back. .

   Went for Mother’s Day dinner, and unfortunately it wasn’t our best experience. Granted, it’s a busy holiday so we can appreciate that they are working hard. Our server was pleasant, but must have been overworked. We were short on utensils, and had to ask twice before they were brought over, so some of us were eating before others had a fork. The service was very slow. I ordered the Mother’s Day special, was brought the wrong meal, and then they had run out of the special when they tried to correct the meal so I had to pick something else. So the rest of our party was half way done their meal before mine came. They did apologize & comp my meal, so that was appreciated. We have always had great food there, but this time all agreed that the vegetables were very bland, no seasoning or anything. When dessert came, our daughter had a long hair in the whipped cream that was on her cheesecake. We didn’t even bother mentioning that, as it took so long to wait for our server to return and we just wanted to be done, as we had been there almost 2.5hrs already. Definitely wouldn’t return on a busy holiday, but will still come back, as this was our first unimpressive visit to this location. Normally service & food are both much better!

   This is the fourth time going to this restaurant over the last several years and I always figure maybe it will be better and to be honest it never is. The steak is always cooked wrong, I like a .edium rare steak and it is never what I order, it is always dry and tough. The veggies were zucchini and beats and the zucchini was raw and the beats were never pealed so very tough and the mashed potatoes tasted like instant. The drink my husband ordered was the Mezcal and im not sure what it is supposed to taste like but it tasted like a bandage smells to say the least it was the worst cocktail we have ever tried. In saying all this we won't be back to this restaurant, we feel like we've given it a fair shot by going 4 times but we are always disappointed

   Food was delicious and staff were friendly. A complimentary birthday dessert was provided as well and we enjoyed our time. We have been there a few times now and have not been disappointed. Would recommend the steak bites, any steak entree and I liked my chicken dish.

    CHOP is consistently a good experience. From greet staff, wait staff & servers to the food & drink and the venue, it is our first choice for family celebrations or to meet friends for a night at the movies.
