My wife and I enjoyed a night out. The prime rib was done to perfection and the accompaniments were great as well. Had a nice glass of wine with dinner and dessert. Server and her trainee were attentive to our needs and were very professional. Overall a great night out.

The following day we received a communication informing us that we did not honour our reservations. Being a honourable person I must admit that I am somewhat taken with such a strong accusation because we were there.
Your receptionist was informed of our name when we arrived.
While making the reservations I asked them to seat us at a nice table for my wife and I were celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary. That did not happen.
Our server was very good and at the end of our supper she brought us a complimentary dessert.

The service was great. Considering that is a steakhouse, I thought the meat would have been cooked to my specs...but it was overcooked. The server took it back with no fuss. Overall, it was fine, but overpriced for the food. Again...service was very good.

Once again, exceptional dining experience! I love how easily Chop can accommodate dietary needs, and how incredibly friendly the staff is. Best steaks in London, in my opinion! Thank you, Chop, for amazing meals and even more amazing service.
Anniversary Dinner chose Chop Steakhouse based on past reviews and we were not disappointed. Booked reservation on line, greeted as we walked in the premise. Seated promptly. Jenny our waitress was attentive and professional throughout our dining experience. At the end of the meal Chop Steakhouse provided us with a great anniversary desert. Steaks very nicely done and cooked to perfection.

We went for my husband's birthday. He said the prime rib was amazing. There were five of us and while mine was about what I expected everyone else seemed to enjoy there food tremendously. We would go back.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with my meal on this occasion. I have been several times before and really enjoyed my experience. My steak was undercooked as I ordered it medium and most of it was rare and over salted. The sauce for the steak oscar was also very salty. However. The service from Milo was exceptional!!

Back with my wife after a not as good experience ( food wise) a month or so ago , glad to say that we weren’t disappointed and it appears like the complaint I provided last time has worked and Andrew did in-fact make the necessary adjustments to turn things around .

We made reservations for 6, before entering the restaurant we ran into 3 other family members. Completely no expecting them but wanted them to join and Chop accommodated the additional 3 with ease. We really appreciated that since it was an unexpected addition for the restaurant. It was also our surprise it was Londonliscious so their menu was great!! Food was excellent!

Service was excellent. Our server was very friendly and efficient. Food, for the most part, was good. The sirloin and mushrooms however seemed to be too salty and I like salty. The flavour was good, just too salty. Quantities seemed a bit small; the bread was a small loaf and the portion of veggies was small (two small carrots and a couple of small pieces of zucchini. A diner for 3 (one teen, two adults) with 2 small (one 6oz and one 9oz) glasses of wine and no desserts and the above portions with two appetizers and tip should not cost over the $220 it ended up costing.

We went for the first time for Londonlicious and were very impressed. Our server was friendly and helpful. We all had the onion soup which was excellent as were the ribs and steak. The value was great and we would definitely go back to try their regular menu.

Have visited this site several times, most commonly at lunch time. I guess that speaks for itself!
There are some specials for lunch that are very good value (eg steak sandwich). The food is prepared as requested and service is quite fast. It's not usually very busy at lunch time so the noise level is very low - easy to carry on a conversation. Chop is one of my favourite lunch spots and I expect to return every so often.

very comfortable and great taste. Unfortunately my steak was fatty and the cost of the meal for three of us was very expensive.

The vibe of the restaurant was nice but lighting made it difficult for my table to read their menus. They used the flashlight on their phone to see. It was difficult to enjoy my meal because the mashed potatoes were fake and my steak although cooked properly didn’t have much flavour. For the amount you spend the food does not equate the price. Server was pleasant. The bathrooms were very cool.
