   Rachel the bar staff was great but the food was awful and when I did say I didn’t like the food to the other servers nothing was done about it.

   Excellent food - sushi was exemplary and belly pork was melt in the mouth. Staff were very good but overall service from the kitchen was quite slow. Wasn't too much of a problem though as the food was certainly worth waiting for.

   We used to visit Chinos years ago for a special treat. Unfortunately it has come under tough times. The food was average, but not exceptional, and the menu was a little mass market. It is a restaurant attached to a hotel and feels like it. The staff were polite, but not attentive and the there were not enough people to cover the full dining room. It’s a shame, I hope they can get back to their best soon!

   Service extremely slow and very poor. Multiple things went wrong, one of our food items didn’t arrive and waiter acted like we had already had the food arrive and made us feel like we was in the wrong. Watched a lot of our food sit on the side before it was then bought to the table. Very disappointing service and food was average. Won’t be recommending to a friend

   A good place to eat. The food was delicious and there was a good choice. Service was attentive in a good way. We thought the food and drinks were reasonably priced. The restaurant was almost empty, it was Tuesday, so not much atmosphere. That didn't bother us but it was odd walking into an almost empty restaurant. I hadn't realised when I booked that the restaurant is in a hotel.

    Lovely place, great service and freshly tasty food! We’ve had a minute of sushi as well as hot dishes, both super yummy! Hats off to the chefs! Staff were friendly and informed, had recommended a couple of dishes to us which was nice. We wish that they had some more exotic cocktails, perhaps more of their own inventions rather than just the classics, but I guess you can never go wrong with classics. Highly recommend it!
