Mango Sticky Rice
Our surprising version! Fresh rice cream layered with mangos and mango granita, rice espuma, caramelized rice crispies and a hint of lime
Ahi tuna tossed with a soy dressing, avocado, toasted pecans, cilantro, red onion and Fresno chiles, topped with crispy amaranth
20 Vegetable Fried Rice
We went for dinner, food was average and overpriced for what you get. Service was slow. It is a better spot for lunch. The atmosphere is more like a cafeteria. The chips and salsa and the 20 vegetable fried rice were good.
My wife and I were celebrating our 10th anniversary and looking for a unique bite, or a few of them. This did not let down. The service was exceptional; fun and attentive. The vibe was happy and positive which is no surprise given the character of Chef Jose Andres. It also felt safe. It was busy but not over-crowded. We enjoyed every bite and the drinks. We went Chinese and then Mexican. Both were fantastic. The best bite, bar none, was the Quail Egg Siu Mai. Amazing. The perfectly poached quail egg atop the pillowy siu mai was magical. Pictures below of the rest...all amazing.
Everything is ALWAYS amazing here!
Very loud but that was my experience at other José Andres restaurant eg Tge Bazaar. Food was good. Not fusion. Asian and Mexican served side by side. We had a special birthday to celebrate but if the restaurant isn’t going to do anything why even ask when you make the reservation.
First time here was awesome.
We went here based on the recommendation of a friend - fell short of expectations. The food is decent, but the atmosphere and service weren't great.
It’s a jewel! What a great place. Food was fantastic.
Always a great experience there. Great food, great service, great atmosphere
Food was outstanding. Love the fusions
Always a great experience. I can’t wait for the full menu to return.
Good combination of food, China & Mexican.
Great food as usual. The new item on the menu ahi tuna empanadas not so great. Could smell the fish as soon as it was split open. Server had no idea about the flights and they were not delivered to the table until she was reminded.
Food and service were perfect! Will definitely come again... just without my 18 month old😂. The margarita with the salt foam (which sounded weird) was DELICIOUS.
Shrimp Mojo is back!! One of the most amazing dishes I have ever eaten. It was unavailable during the height of covid. As of March 2nd, 2021, it is back on the menu and it is the exact same shrimp mojo that we have been missing for almost a year.
fantastic food, the only disappointment was the Dan Dan noodles and the shrimp
Had an amazing experience at China Poblano; my wife and I enjoyed the tasting meal on date night, after going to STK for App’a and Drinks.
I can’t wait to go back again!
Chicken Fried Rice with their house made hot sauce is fantastic.
Food was ok. We were really tired maybe that had something to do with it. Luckily we got a "booth" table but many of the seats were park bench style tables. Not my favorite when dressed up by any means.
45th wedding anniversary. Stopped in for lunch. It is always amazing and one of our favorite places in Vegas. A must go to place before we leave Vegas each time. Have to give back to Chef Jose Andres for all he does for the world.
Everything is always delicious! Salt air margaritas & chicken tacos are our go to food when we visit Vegas
Love you guys!! The food and service is always top notch!!
Food was great. Small plates. We ordered chips & salsa, ceviche, tacos and mein. Very professionally done for a casual atmosphere, which is more industrial than Mexican or Chinese. Sisolak needs open restaurants to full capacity. The staff and diners had to deal with all the reservation hassle and rules for 25% capacity, while the food court across the hall was shoulder to shoulder!
Beyond fab service waiter incredible mask are pain in but other than that an Uber experience
Anytime we come to Vegas this is a must stop meal!!!!
This place is amazing, never been disappointed. Great food, service, and drinks always.
Definitely get the fried rice with beef. Best I have ever tasted.
You will enjoy this experience food & service excellent!
The food was amazing... we had the Siu Mai, the 20 vegetable fried rice, the mushrooms quesadilla, ahí tuna ceviche... it was so delicious that we ordered more stuff to go. But the best was the staff, from the hostess to the waiters. All of them! Thank you!
Had a great time. Lots of fried food though. I’d like more salads/ceviches. Great restaurant
Tasting menu was not worth the price
Service staff is awesome we’ve been there a number of times and will continue to go back
My daughter wanted to eat here but I was hesitant on the menu. It was AMAZING! Will definitely go back.
We ordered the guacamole & chips, vegetable fried rice and noodles with tofu. We enjoyed our meal because you could tell they used fresh ingredients for all their dishes. Service was good also. We had made reservations, so wait time was not an issue.
Great place for casual meal - good food, cheap price, great service.
Really felt rushed, our party of 3 was in an out of there in less than 45 minutes and we were looking for a more upscale, relaxed dining experience.
