The food was ok. Nothing was amazing
Great food and service!!
We really enjoyed our dinner.
Great fusion concept
Great eclectic foods. Well prepared and good drink menu
Another must stop at for lunch or pre show delicious fusion and drinks!
So very good! We enjoyed all the dim sum items that we had. The tacos were delicious also. A great unexpected treat.
This was our second time at China Poblano and it was a great as we remembered. We had the tuna ceviche (the toasted pecans were an interesting addition) and the golden pigs (surprised that the condensed milk really took it up a level.) We also had the dan dan noodles and then the churros for dessert. I had a margarita and enjoyed the "salt air". Interesting atmosphere and great staff. I'm sure we will return when we visit Vegas again.
We thoroughly enjoyed the vegetarian tasting menu and cocktail tasting menu. Food was excellent. We really loved the coconut ceviche and the tacos-both cactus and mushroom. The sorbet was delicious! And the cocktails were well paired with the food. Server was also knowledgeable about gluten issues.
The food and service was amazing. We tried appetizers, main dishes and desserts and it was all fantastic. The mix of Mexican and Chinese is a unique combo but very well done here. Good for lite bites or a full meal, just overall really great.
Great food! Great ambiance! Great service! Dan Dan Mian noodles were very good except very very small bowl!
Excellent vegan choices. A unique fusion of Mexican and Asian. Some unique options like coconut ceviche and cactus tacos. Everything was awesome. Waitress was very knowledgeable.
Thanks to China Poblano for a great birthday champagne toast. The dim sum and queso fondito were so so good. Also loved the salt foam on the margarita. We went back again for lunch before leaving for the airport.
Wonderful ceviche and dumplings!
Manager gave us a complementary desert. amazing staff. and the food is simply amazing! Bravo y salud!
Great value, food had awesome flavors, we went back the next night because we loved it so much.
Nice servers, but the food wasnt good to any four of us. Just not out cup of tea - we just ate quickly and left.
We had a wonderful lunch that showcased creativity and a nice fusion of flavors. I will say that the Spanish/ Mexican dishes seemed to be a success today, while some of the noodles didn’t quit hit the mark.
The tacos were a standout as the tortillas were excellent and the flavors were focused. The birria taco was a favorite. The ceviche (Coctel de Mariscos) was very good too, in terms of quality but it didn’t come with tostadas or crackers which was a miss as we scrambled to throw on a chip order to get some crunch/ a scoop for the dish.
The cocktails were also very good and the riffs on margaritas were simple and delicious.
Our server was friendly and attentive.
I was a single diner, who requested non high top seating at time of reservation due to disability. I was seated at end of a long picnic type table, where there was a part of six. About half way through my meal, three of their friends came and joined them. The waitress offered to move me, which I declined due to being half way through. I did not enjoy the restaurant in the way I might have if seated at an individual table for two. The vegan tasting menu was good as was the cocktail pairing. If I come back from will now specifically ask for an individual table and a chair with a back. This would be a good restaurant for a group of 8-10.
Very interesting menu combining Mexican and Chinese cuisine. Of the numerous items we chose for our dinner experience each was unique and did not disappoint! Highly recommend to anyone who is adventurous and loves delicious food to try this restaurant!!
Buen sabor y servicio. Nada sorprendente.
Loved the vegan Chef's Experience. The highlight was the added four cocktail tasting experience for $32 - excellent value as all were delicious! I would've liked some slightly bigger flavours with the food, but everything was very tasty. Fun laid-back atmosphere, perfect choice for our last meal in Vegas. Will be back!
Second time dining here and a huge Jose Andres and small plate dining fan. The food and service were definitely off on this visit. It has potential as our last visit was a much better experience
Great food and great service...
Good food. Something totally different which makes it fun.
Great concept and lovely food. The Mango Sticky Rice and Terracotta Warrior deserts were delicious!
Our waitress was not friendly but the 21 vegetable fried rice was delicious! We also recommend the fish tacos but not the chipotle chicken taco.
The manager is terrific. Food is prepared with love.
Staff is very unfriendly and food is mediocre. Much better places to eat in Vegas. Don’t waste a meal on this place
All the dishes (except maybe the ceviches) are a little blend. If you never had mexican or good Schezuan, and dislike hot food, this is tour place. If you expect some kick on the mexican peppers and spices, this is not your place. In the other hand , everything taste very fresh.
Amaze!! Food was amazing. Everything was delish!! Must get the golden pigs and mango sticky rice.
Food was solid. Not 100% sold on Mexican and Chinese combo, but overall good.
Waitstaff is very attentive. Food was wonderful as always. The mixture of Asian and Mexican dishes is refreshing and provides interesting combinations. Highly recommend
Went here to experience the "Vegan Tasting Menu". Despite repeatedly mentioning one of our party's allergy to eggs, she was served the "egg" version of the fried rice. She had a reaction, our evening was cut short. Overall Terrible experience. Vegan's are the exception in America, so we rarely complain and are happy with whatever we can get at restaurants. However, when one advertises "Vegan Tasting Menu", they have no excuse for messing up, especially when it could lead to severe health issues. Will not go here again.
Food was fantastic, shared 5 plates between 2 and both of us were left full and very satisfied! For a meal for 2 under $90 including a beer each you couldn’t beat it for value in Vegas!
What a wonderful find. Eclectic, but not just for sake of being eclectic. The fusion-concept menu really works. Reasonable prices, wonderful service and not as loud as I feared it would be.
Excellent concept of Chinese and Mexican fair.
Food was good, vegan tasting menu pretty good value for price, maitre D had an attitude...we didn't appreciate his attempt to make the restaurant more exclusive than it really is. We arrived 10 minutes early and instead of seating us, he said we would have to wait. After looking inside and seeing the restaurant was only half full, I asked again and then he got upset and placed us at the only table directly in front of the kitchen door....when many other tables were available (retribution, I guess). We asked for a proper table and were accommodated. Had a great evening.
What staff is among the best I've ever encountered. I was sitting at the table with my wife when I had an extreme diabetic sugar low complete with sweats and shakes. The host ran to the kitchen and had one of the cooks bring me aqua fresca which saved the entire evening.
It was pleasant and tasty!
