Have eaten all over the world . Tried many Jose Andres restaurants. He should be embarrassed to put his name on this one. The lucky pouch was hard as a rock. Server never checked on us. Trying to get water was like being in a desert without help. Guacamole was very good and the only reason for even one star. The noodles were stuck together and over sauced with what tasted like bottled teriyaki. Ceviche has bitter avocado and sauce was not good. The beehive lettuce was overcooked. Disaster . Sad we wasted our $$ and our time as now we lost the opportunity to have dined elsewhere that night. Margarita was full of foam, very little substance.

I find Las Vegas is very hit or miss when it comes to finding truly good food. In fact I'd say mostly miss, but that's definitely not the case with China Poblano (or any of Jose Andres' restaurants for that matter!) A true foodie can revel here in what is definitely one of the most enticing menus on the Strip. The hard part is deciding what to order! Our group shared about 10 dishes and three desserts and loved them all. And I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to Angie and Eduardo for their impeccable service and the attention they paid us. We can't wait for our next visit!

Brilliant! Asked us at the start if we were on a time constraint. We weren’t so enjoyed a slower pace of food coming out. Food was great and service was on point.

The food was excellent. Portions were small even when explained that they were going to be small. Dan Dan noodles were good but had no zing. Literally four bites so hard to judge. Favorite item was the tenderloin with romaine lettuce.

Food was average. By the description, it felt like the menu would have Mexican-Chinese fusion type dishes but it was more just a menu of Mexican food times and Chinese food items. Service was rather off and not timely. The hostess was a bit distant with us, not making eye contact and rather cold in demeanor. We watched as twice our food was served to the wrong table with the waiter pretending to walk back to the kitchen then turn around with the same food and serve it to us. We had one dish arrive incorrect and another not arrive at all until we were ready to leave. They offered the dish to us free of charge saying they were waiting on refried beans to cook but it was served cold despite the waiter's claim. We ordered a queso fundido that was barely cooked with unmelted cheese. We requested vegetables that we could dip in the cheese and the waiter said it would be no problem without mentioning there would be an extra charge for that and how much it would be. The table next to us had similar issues with not being supplied silverware. Overall for price, we would have been better off somewhere else.

Did sampler. Staff didn’t explain well on each dish very well( seemed very rushed). Also table 2 feet from area where they stored plates , glasses water etc and couldn’t enjoy meal with my guest do to constant distractions.

Food was great. Service was horrible all the way through - from the hostess, to the bartender, to the food runners, everyone we came in contact with. They screwed up our order twice, but I think that was more on the bartender than the kitchen.

Absolutely fabulous meal. The food was great! Our server made excellent suggestions and he was spot on. From the cocktails to the appetizers & main entrees to the delicious mango desert there wasn’t one thing that wasn’t creative & flavorful.

This wasn't our first visit because the food is excellent. Unfortunately the Hostess out front was not welcoming at all when we arrived for our reservation. The server wasn't that great either sadly. The frustrating thing was that we had taken friends for their first visit because we were so impressed with the food previously. Our recommendation was tainted by the service although the food was still wonderful.

Excellent food and service. The employees were all very friendly and very attentive. The service was quick but unhurried. The 21 vegetable fried rice (we added shrimp) was really good.

This has been one of our favorites in the Las Vegas area.

Just an incredible experience. The entire staff were on point and service was impeccably. The whole concept of merging Mexican/Chinese cuisines is brilliant ! Chef Andres has managed to score big again in Vegas with this concept. Want to say a special thank you to the AGM, Eduardo who single handily attended to us in addition to playing maestro to the orchestral wait staff and made it look easy ! Great food, great staff and a real human being in Chef Andres !

The food and service are consistently good, and we had another wonderful experience. The server was attentive and acknowledged my mom being gluten free so she could make sure she ordered properly. We always love the food and continue to recommend it to friends. We will definitely be back!

Recommended by bartender my husband was skeptical but supper except to try this concept of the two mixtures if food. Going was supper excited then fire alarms started going off due to another place so our dinner turned into two hour dinner but I would like to say management team and our waiter did a great job keeping us updated and also gave us the option to leave if we needed to or change our order since stove couldn’t be in use. We did the chefs menus so got to try little bit of everything DO THIS!!! Amazing a lot of food we did one pairing and ordered a taco and small bite PERFECT!! The mango sticky rice is a must as well as the fried rice with basil! Husband is still skeptical but we enjoyed ourselves minus the fire alarms!!

Have eaten here three years in a row, hope to come back every year. Unlike many places, we feel it’s actually gotten better over the years. Salt air margarita is a must, lamb potstickers are scrumptious, every taco we’ve had is 👍👍👍.

Chips, salsa, and guacamole were delicious. The Birria taco was hands down the best we had. The pollo loco, carnitas, and frijoles were just fair.

The service was terrible. Waited 25 minutes for the chips and salsa. Tableside guacamole was another 15 minutes. We were WAITING for food for what felt forever.

Not impressed! Will not go back or recommend
