Went here for Restaurant week with a group of girlfriends, even though I had been a couple weeks prior. We decided on the limited menu because the price was too good to pass up. Regardless of the limited menu, we were still constantly served with various meats and didn't feel like we had to wait for things. However, if needed we could've asked our waiter for a specific meat. In fact, we fell in love with the garlic steak and leg of lamb that we requested more. Thanks, Wilfredo!
The food was very delicious. However our waiter, William wasn’t very attentive although he was very pleasant. Also when we went to validate our parking, the hostess said it was unavailable today because the manager was out.
Very good service, wonderful salad bar, and great variety of meats brought quickly to the table. Even though it is "all you can eat," it still tends to be pricey. It would also be nice to have some less expensive wine. Wait staff was very friendly and kept a close watch to make sure we were getting service. We were a group of 6 so it worked out very well. The deserts are excellent too.
The meat selection was great. The salad bar was just “okay”
To all the man do not take your dates for romantic night over there oh was horrible . The food so lousy the place too loud kids jump in left and right Too expensive for a junk food . Worst experience I ever have in my life
We go to Chima Steakhouse for our friends' birthday parties several times a year. It was my birthday last Saturday and we had party of 12. This time was very disappointing. Meat/food barely came to our table and we had to ask several times to get the service. We didn't even get half of the types of meat/food that was on the menu. I know it was a weekend and the restaurant was busy but we were very upset. It's an upscale restaurant and we didn't get our money worth.
Fantastic, Birthday celebration!
Very attentive staff, our waiters were great and management team checked in to ensure we had all we needed. The gauchos asked several times if we wanted anything in particular. The only down side was the couple next to us fought through the meal and eventually the woman was crying at the table, which brought our evening to a quicker end than we would have had. By the time we paid our tab she was bawling so loudly that everyone in the area was watching. Not the restaurant's fault, but dampened the evening none the less . Still an excellent choice for a meal. By the way, wonderfully knowledgable staff for gluten allergies, which we had in our group of 3.
Everything was great but we were charged for Club soda and then given a bottle of sparkling water and charged for that. it just seemed like a strange way to increase the bill. We didn't appreciate that. The food itself and the service overall was incredible. That was the only thing that was annoying.
For the price you pay, the food quality and taste needs to improve on a grand scale. This includes a better variety in the salad bar, flavor that makes the meat memorable and tastier desserts. This place is a complete rip off. I wouldn't know the difference between the meat in a TGIF, Chima or an Applebee's if I were blindfolded. That's how comparable it was, yet the other two places would never charge you as much because it isn't worth it. I went with a party of 9 and no one was impressed. We all came to the very same conclusion as well. This is the first and last time we will ever dine at Chima and would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.
