I want to thank you for a wonderful holiday lunch with my team from SAP-Concur. I think the website rsvp is excellent and very user-friendly. The cost makes it a destination for work, food (salad bar & soup) is amazing that even the vegetarians enjoyed - super yum and your staff were friendly and professional. Look forward to coming back again with another set of friends in the new year for lunch.

Thank you!

We chose to spend our three year anniversary here at Chima, and they did not disappoint! Every kind of meat we were served was delicious, and our waiter, Omar, was an absolute pleasure. We’ll definitely be back, they’ve made us immense fans of Chima!

A Brazilian steakhouse like most others. The salad bar was quite good but some items you would expect were not available on the salad bar. While the people passing around meets were always in your face, once you run out of water, it could be a while to get more. Not a place to have a business discussion unless you really like interruptions regardless of whether your card is turned over or not.

If you love meat and don't know how to cook it yourself a Brazilian steakhouse is like heaven. If you do know how to cook then a Brazilian steakhouse is like an overpriced barbeque. The food was good, but not knock your socks off good. You're paying a lot for what you are getting. A lot of the meat came to the table undercooked (still raw) not rare or medium rare as we were ordering. The salad bar/cold table was well stocked and had some good dishes, but let's be honest, nobody is there for the salad bar. I requested a quiet table and they did a wonderful job of accommodating us. Our server was personable and attentive. We very much enjoyed our evening with friends from across the pond. I would recommend Chima for a special occasion meal and for large groups.

Only complaint we have were the meat servers when serving me server asked my Mother n Law and she politely declined no Thank you that server put the meat on her plate anyway after declining, she declined again she then moved it off her plate he moved it back dropping it on her blouse and he abruptly walked away with no apology. A $340.00 bill for 4 she should have gotten an apology in lieu of an abrupt departure.

Several in our party indicated it was hard to understand them - perhaps it would be beneficial to put a label on the meat trays similar to those on the salad bar when their English is not clear.

Was visiting friends and sight-seeing with my girlfriend. Wanting to take her somewhere special, I decided on Chima Steakhouse at 8pm on a Saturday . The service was phenomenal, our waiter Wilfredo was attentive and understanding of our wishes without any issue. The food speaks for itself as they serve some of the best cuts of beef I've ever eaten, with small portions of side dishes throughout the meal. (which were also just incredible) Would and have recommended it to friends living in the area or visiting.

Took my daughter there for her 20th b’day. Chima is her favorite restaurant, so we try to go every year even though we no longer live in the area. The place was packed when we arrived, but we were still seated almost immediately, and we were a little late for our reservation due to traffic. The service was very good and the meat was amazing. The steak and cheese skewers and the roasted pineapple were great additions since our last visit. The only downside was the desert. Chima used to have amazing key lime pie. My son and I always saved a little room just for it. Their new recipe is dreadful. It is a soggy goo that has to be dressed with mango sauce and pomegranate seeds to have any flavor at all. One bite was more than enough. In fact, all the deserts that we tried: cream caramel, strudel and key lime pie have gone seriously downhill. Food would have been 5 star otherwise.

I sent an email to Chima Corporate Headquarter over a week ago and was hoping for a response prior to posting this review. Since Chima has not responded, I feel obligated to state my experience.

My experience at Chima on 11.11.2017 Veteran’s Day dinner ranks as the worst and most disrespectful experience I ever encountered in a restaurant. It’s particularly inexcusable considering most of the clientele, on Veteran’s Day, are like myself, Veterans of the US Military.

It took the staff at the Chima Tyson’s Corner, Virginia over 45 minutes to retrieve my car from the Valet Parking lot. Not only was this an unacceptable wait, but the shear lack of professionalism and concern for my missing car was deplorable. We were on the phone with 911 for 10 minutes to report a missing vehicle before we could catch their attention. The excuse was that the Valet Service was not part of Chima. I received no apology from the General Manager who chewed me out for being disrespectful to his staff.

If you choose to dine here, I recommend that you take a cab or park your vehicle yourself. If you find fault in any part of their operation, know in advance that Chima’s management will not take any responsibility at the Corporate or Restaurant level.

Always a special occasion treat. Opportunity to sample many kinds of meats. Expertly prepared and served Brazilian Churrasco style.

The sumptuous buffet tables are attractively arranged with a bounty of foods that satisfy vegetarians as well as meat eaters.

Service is attentive.
In all, an excellent experience.

Chima was not a bad experience but not a great experience. Food was good but very pricey. Most places consider 12 and under kids but they start at 11. The service was a bit slow as it took a while to get some things we asked for multiple times. Not a bad experience but for the money we paid, it could have been better.

My family and I were celebrating a birthday for a relative. The customer service was phenomenal, the food very tasty, waiters were very polite and provided great attention, the only complaint is that the beverages were over-priced same as the desserts.
We ordered some Caimpirinha's and Tiramisu's. The beverages had to much ice and the tiramisus doesn't have a good taste, the taste was as a frozen dessert.
But at the end, we had a nice environment and good food.

Most of the meat had no flavor. Service was poor. Asked several times for certain types of meat and it would take 15-20 minutes for it to arrive at our table. 20 minutes for a glass of wine. The waiter said that he had forgotten to bring it to me. Not worth the price. Very disappointing.
