Food was great and saw all the cuts. Service was awesome and Victoria stopped by to say hello and was great. Carlos one of the gauchos got myself and friend any meats we were looking. Thx crew! Great job.

This was my first time in a Brazilian Steakhouse and it was amazing. The cleanliness, decor, food options, food taste, food preparation, and friendly staff were all top notch. I can honestly say wherever I may roam if I have the option of eating at a Chima Steakhouse again I will be there.

I love Chima and when i had the choice of any of these restaurants Chima is always my go too. I took my husband for a nice evening out to celebrate his bday. We didnt get all the meats despite a couple requests and we were there 2 hrs so it wasnt for lack of time. There were a couple items I requested and they said they would be back and it never happened. Im also disappointed we never really got that exciting appeal for his bday. We dont get to go out too often and I told 4 different people right down to when I made reservation I was out for his bday. I saw 7 other people be brought desserts with candles. I didnt expect it for free I would of happily paid. Its just upsetting knowing why we were there that this wasnt offered. I then asked for tiramasu his favorite and we never even got it. Since our previous experiences here have been great we will go back and chalk it up to an off night. I hope the next dinner though makes up for this experience.

This restaurant had great services and a wonderful buffet, but way too much food for me considering the price of the food. Also one item I looked forward to which was chicken wrapped with bacon never walked by my table. Noisy music for my taste.

The place was somewhat empty, surprising that it was a Friday evening. The wait staff and the servers were very slow. It only got better after one asked how was everything and I told them not great then it picked up. They took our drink order three people received there drinks but I didn’t apparently the bartender nor the server didn’t know what a 7&7 was. They finally brought me a Seagrams and water. Had to send back. Then they came back that they didn’t know what it was. I explained what it was. They came back and said they didn’t have 7up if I wanted to substitute ginger ale for it... the passadors were slow at first the meats room temperature. Like I said it only got better after I said something. I don’t think I can recommend this place given the service and price. If it had been busier I think I’d be more understanding.

The Salad bar is so ritzy and so much more than a salad bar, and the meat selections are always delicious. every visit is better than the last!

Made a last minute date, which China was able to accommodate. The salad bar is great and offers a variety of salads, vegetables, meats and cheeses. They have a great selection of meats, salmon and vegetables. They also serve a cinnamon pineapple, which my husband loves. We finished with two of their delicious desserts. Lovely meal from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Excellent trip from beginning to end. We were seated almost as soon as we arrived and we were in a nice location. The service was good, and there were no issues. There was a short lapse where we had no sides delivered, but after they arrived they kept coming. The food was unreal, had no room for desert though.

Best place I’ve ever been to by far!! Greatest experience and can’t wait to go again and again. Great service and the best tasting food. Two thumbs up!!

The food and service are always excellent. Although I don't go for the salad bar, it is about the best salad bar in Philly. But the meat, THE MEAT, is unbelievably delicious and it just keeps up coming as long as you want it to. It's a must for meat lovers!

The servers need to be more engaged in the needs of the customer.

We went for my brothers birthday the staff was awesome and attentive. Food was hot and on point.

The food was delicious! The customer service was excellent.

If you go there, make sure not to overdo on alcohol.
Also, apparently kitchen is closing at 10PM, we got reservations for 8:30 ( waaaay too late ).
At some point they just stop coming to your table...
Not going to go there again, that's for sure.

Great food, great service, great experience. We were very well treated from the moment we got in until we left. Everyone was very warm and welcoming, the food was delicious, they made we had all our favorite cuts of meat at the right temperature. Great desserts also, loved the cream caramel!

Food was awesome, especially the lamb chops. Service was a bit off thought. The initial gentleman seemed a little standoffish but 2 of the ladies were both awesome.

Took my partner here for dinner to celebrate his birthday. This was one of the many times we have visited Chima and it never fails to be THE best and super delicious! We enjoyed every moment of our visit.

I went with three friends and we all ate as much meat as we could possibly fit. We each had a different favorite and the sides were excellent too!
