Wonderful staff, service, drinks and food!!
Great experience and people.
the food was nasty and they left my car running the hole two hours I was there a bad place to go
I’ve dined at Chima countless times but this by far was the worst service I’ve experienced. It was fathers day and there was not enough wait staff to accommodate the crowd. I requested a beverage refill that I never received. The family style sides were only replenished after multiple request. I was totally disappointed in the lack of service and attention from the servers. The gauchos were accommodating and made sure to bring requested items but everyone else was horrible. Won’t be returning for a while.
Father's day for my dad was amazing, he loved every cut of meat he received and instantly fell in love with the salad bar. He cannot wait to come back. As always we had a great experience with our service. Our waiters and meat servers were very professional and went out of there way to make sure we got our favorites quickly. Top notch service with an elegant and chic atmosphere, I love it. See you guys for restaurant week!
Chima is as good as it gets for Churrasco radizio barbeque. Well worth the $60 a head price tag.
Celebrated my son's graduation at Chima's. The service was amazing, our waiter Justin was the best!!!
Excellent service and food! Wonderful experience having the variety of meats to sample all you care to eat.
Fantastic food and service. Loved the lamb chops. First time ever eating grilled pineapple.......fantastic.
I arrived at 4:15 pm – just for a casual dining. My friend was unable to join and I was forced to wait at the Bar until hey reach 90% occupancy. Had to talk to a Manager and get seated. Nasty place, nasty staff.
Very good with excellent wait staff and delicious food! Expensive but worth it!
Celebrating our Mother’s bday
Amazing staff . Amazing experience . I would recommend this place to everyone that wants a very special night especially for a birthday
The wait staff was so upbeat and loved explaining the restaurant to us. The food was amazing and we had a wonderful time!!
Expensive but worth the experience! Service is always top quality. It was a wonderful surprise to get birthday dessert and a group picture of the celebration.
Great staff. Michelle, the assistant manager really made this a meal to remember. Accommodated our every need!
Always feel welcome at Chima from the reception to the table. I frequent about once a month and the staff always recognize me and go out of their way to say hello even if they are not my waiter for the evening.
Best experience I have ever had in a restaurant! The service was amazing!!!The food was great! All and all I highly recommend the Chima Steakhouse in Philadelphia! Well worth the money!
Service was outstanding food was delicious my family loved it we will be back
Quentin, our server, was amazing.
Food was great, and service was decent. I expected it to be a fun atmosphere, but it was not.
My wife wanted to come here again for her birthday which was a surprise to me, but I must say the upgrades to the salad bar made me excited! The atmosphere and the service are always A-plus but the improved salad bar made my evening.
Outstanding dinner . Service was impeccable. Food was solid as usual. Great wine list. Can't wait to go back!
This was my first time there, I enjoyed. Everything was good....food, service. Will definitely be back.
Ask for Demetri, best waiter ever! Makes you forget you are paying $5 for a 0.75 can of soda, or $65 for a dinner when you can't eat that much food. Nice atmosphere, nice servers, decent salad bar options and Clean restaurant. Tip: Be very specific to the team when you start about how & what you want and you will get it. P.S ask for Demetri
Excellent service and food as always. Don’t fill up on the salad bar as the selection of meat is really good!
All I can say is come hungry! A little bit expensive but well worth it!
When you're in the mood for meat, it's hard to go wrong with a steakhouse, particularly a Brazilian steakhouse.
We came here for a casual dinner on Friday night and enjoyed our meal, and while it certainly was very good (the top sirloin was phenomenal and lamb quite good as well) it wasn't the quality I would expect. For our party we paid 145.00 for two people no alcohol and frankly it was a bit overpriced for the variety and service we received. Our table was often overlooked for options and we only saw a handful of the meats on the menu, enough so we had to specifically ask our server to have meat brought out to us, additionally the salad bar was not best. Service was not particularly bad but nowhere near where it should be. Overall it was a decent overpriced meal, but I've enjoyed other Brazilian steakhouse much more both from a meal and service perspective.
If I had known this going in perhaps I would have been prepared to be more assertive, but as far as I'm concerned I'd rather be dined on at a restaurant of this supposed nature than tell them exactly what I want and remind them to wait on me.
I'd maybe go back if it was convenient, but I'm not making a point to visit again.
Great food, excellent service !! Highly recommended !
Food and service were excellent. Free valet parking was also a plus. Since we live an hour away, we don't visit as often as we would like, but manage to do so for special occasions.
Excellent food that kept coming. Although all selections were very good, the leg of lamb was particularly good!
Out of the 3-4 times I’ve been here the service was bad this time. Very slow. The fastest thing that cake was the check.
I went to Chima because I wanted to compare it to Fogo De Chao .. Unfortunately it was not better. The servers were very nice and attentive, but other than that it was a waste of overall funds. I don’t know if the salad bar changes daily, but I found the salad bar lacking for those who like traditional non leafy salads. The salmon , and sausage were a huge disappointment as they were both cooked till dry. I was looking forward to the chicken wrapped in bacon but that was unedible. I do realize it was a very busy day ( mother’s day), but now Chima is memorable for all the wrong reasons.
Celebrating Mother’s Day at Chima was a great experience for my family. We enjoyed everything!!
The meat is very good and the variety and ability to try different meats is fun.
The service was good but the only complaint I had was the bathroom not clean enough
Always perfect the only real Brazilian Steakhouse in Philadelphia. Don’t be fooled by the Imitators.
We went for mother's day and also to celebrate my mom's birthday which so happened to be on Mother's Day this year. The crowd was more than the usual (which is expected on a holiday), however the service remained excellent. The servers and waiters were pleasant and attentive. The food was excellent, the ambiance was fab. And to our pleasant surprise all mothers' rec'd a courtesy dinner card for the next visit. I thought that was so thoughtful of Chima's to give mom's a card for the next visit. I've never been to a restaurant on a special occasion (one that compares to Chima) and given a courtesy dinner pass for the next visit. Another great perk is the complimentary valet parking. I wanted to go to the city to enjoy dinner, but was also factoring parking and how discouraging it can be. But Chima's complimentary valet parking sealed the deal. I'm so glad we came to Chima's. My family enjoyed.
