Service was excellent! Different options of meats and salads were exceptional!

Everything was good till the messed up my fiancé birthday and didn’t bring out a candle with our desert. When I had made notes on that is was his birthday and called to confirm. Poor communication.

Our vegan friends wanted to take us out somewhere we liked, and they wanted to try the salad bar. One of the guests doesn't eat any oil for health reasons, and the chef personally came out and showed him what was oil free. That impressed us all. Then the chef came back to check on us and see how we were doing. The background music is lovely, the only thing I would add is some kind of a symbol to things that have something spicy like chilies or flakes, as I ended up eating something that was spicy and would have loved knowing it was spicy in advance.

It was a relaxing and respectable environment. The servers are awesome! The meat was off the chain. I usually don't have an appetite but I was bursting when I left that place. 2 thumbs up!

Very attentive service

This was the second time I dined at Chima and I was looking forward to trying it again. This is the typical Brazilian Churaschuria where fresh grilled meats are sliced in your plate by servers wearing Gaucho boots. A good cocktail list and small cheese puffs are immediately brought to the table. This is a bread staple for Brazilians. Very good indeed. The meats are wonderful and you can select rare or well done. The skewers are large and hold many sirloins or filets or pork chops, sausages and others I can't remember. Oh, wait, chicken wrapped in bacon and for those who are non-meat eaters they do serve up a salmon. There is no menu here and you cannot order something different, but the variety is great. There is a huge salad bar with many soups and salads and appetizers. The hearts of palm are fantastic. Don't fill up at salad bar for the fun begins when you turn your card over and the waiters start serving up meat. There are vegetables served family style at the table.
Service was great from those who serve cocktails and those who wait the tables, as well as the cowboys running around with the skewers of meat.
BTW there is a wonderful patio outside with lit-trees that are unusual shapes. Many tables where people can drink and have appetizers. No skewered meats outside. Valet parking a must in this neighborhood.

Overall great experience, staff was very friendly. Food was excellent.
Only issue was price range listed on opentable didn’t match, we ended spending a lot more than anticipated. Worth the money as the food and service was great, however not expected.

Wonderful and easy from start to finish: happy hour cocktails (highly recommended!) to the buffet dining, table service, etc. The wine list feels limited and pricey, needs more by-the-glass glass options. The wine list is also on a hard-to-use digital display. It’s tacky and complicated. To justify the 20% service fee, the waiter should present the list with recommendations. The banana dessert needs adjusting, not recommended. Overall, otherwise, great meal.

I was very impressed with the food even though I am very picky with meat. I mostly ate the top sirloin, but my fiancé, who is crazy about meat, enjoyed everything they had to offer. The salad bar was okay. I mostly enjoyed the mashed potatoes and bananas they brought to our table. The desert was mediocre. It was the coconut chocolate lava cake or something like that. And there was also the tiramisu. Next time I go I’ll definitely skip the dessert. The ambiance was very nice and personal, yet casual at the same time. I will definitely be going back!

Chima never fails to impress. From their amazing salad bar to their phenominal meats, always a very satisfying meal. Add in a cocktail or two along with their excellent service, and you end up with one I've the best dining experiences availabke in Ft Lauderdale. One of my favorites!

We were on vacation and dined at Chima with our 3 sons, 23, 18 and 17. We could not stop talking about how amazing the food was and how attentive the wait staff was. Would highly recommend this dining experience to everyone!

Family night out great choices good quality food.

This was my 12th Anniversary and they made it a truly special occasion. Though I have been to numerous Brazilian Steak houses, Chima stands out. The food is wonderful, but where they truly stand out is the ambiance and their exceptionally courteous and attentive staff. I look forward to the next time we come back.

It’s always great dining at Chima’s. They thrive on customer service! We like our meat to be well done and they always make sure we have what we ask for. Not once do they have to be reminded. Also our cups of water were never empty. Love Chima and will continue returning here!

Was a little surprised that they charged for my 7 year old daughter. She had rice,corn and soup.

Cool experience, good drinks, I like how they have a menu of their meats. Pricey, but worth it to at least check it out once.

Have eaten here often for family get togethers. The salad bar was still wonderful. This is first time we all equally felt the meats were not up to the standard they have been in the past. The med rare was rare consistently n the well or med well were consistently way over cooked. The salmon was very fishy tasting. Left feeling a bit let down!!!

Came here for my birthday dinner and had no idea what to expect but this place was amazing! Service was great, food was outstanding and it’s literally all you can eat! We will definitely be back!

One of the best Brazilian steakhouses I have tried. Quality of meat and seasoning was spot on. Service was efficient but not overbearing like other Brazilian steakhouses.

First, the entrance to Chima is unique and relaxing. Then, their hostess greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. My server, Vinny, was friendly & professional and he gave me the time to decide without be overbearing. The salad bar offerings were fresh, tasty and numerous. Chima offers a wide range of different proteins including filet mignon, flank steak, lamb chops, salmon and ribs. However, I was disappointed with the lamb chops (I prefer rare/medium rare). The entire staff was friendly and attentive to my needs and that in itself made me feel special. Thank you for an overall fantastic experience and I shall return and recommend others to visit.

Edwin was our server and he was fantastic. We enjoyed all the wonderful meats and salad bar options. As a picky eater, just wish they advertised if any of the meats are grass fed or organic. They tasted to be of great quality and I would hope so for the price but they should advise and ensure you are eating great pricey options. Leave room for dessert - highly recommend the key lime pie or tiramisu.

Great place for a celebration. Saturday night with live music outside for drinks and then head inside for dinner. Always a great experience and great food.
