   Had an amazing dinner at Chima Steakhouse! The food was delicious, but the highlight was the incredible service. Vinny and Lucio were outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience special. Huge thanks also to managers Gui and Dassaet for their warm hospitality and making us feel truly welcomed. Highly recommend!

   We had a great time, like always. Excellent sercice, the manager came to check on us, the gauchos are beyond friendly and the server was on top of things. Very high quality of meats.

   The food is always amazing but the server is what really makes the experience. Unfortunately our server was an average one so we needed the server assistants & managers to assist us in basic things. Bringing us plates, bringing us the little sides, and even checking on us throughout our meal.

   Food was great as always. But we were quite disappointed with the service. We sat down and ordered some drinks but it took 30 minutes and querying about it to get them. I also had to ask for the usual sides such as fried polenta, fried bananas and masked potatoes which were only brought after I asked the manager for it. And lastly we paid cash and again I had to ask for our change since after over 10 minutes it was still not brought back. We have been coming for years and it's the first time we experienced such a poor service.

   They seated a single diner next to us who proceeded to FaceTime his entire meal. Phone speaker on full volume, crackling and startling everyone around him. Staff was aware and did nothing.

   We had an amazing time as this was our 2nd time at Chima. Always a pleasure. They were so accommodating and welcoming. Special occasion was a birthday. Will come back for sure.

    We had Easter lunch at Chima with a group of 15 family members, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Vitor and his partner were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating—they made sure everything ran smoothly for our large party. The service was excellent, always with a smile, and we truly felt taken care of. The food was delicious as always, and the atmosphere was perfect for a family celebration. Thank you to the team at Chima for making our Easter so special!
