    The food was good but with so many reservations the place was packed. They could have used more servers.

    Absolutely THE best experience!! The servers were extremely attentive, the managers came by to check on us repeatedly and the food was out of this world! We never had an empty plate or a dry glass, but we DID have full happy bellies when we left!

    Chima... is my favorite restaurant in Charlotte. I go there for all special occasions & celebrations. The food is amazing and the staff is always fantastic.

    Everything was excellent! My husband and I were saying this morning "we sure could eat more the lamb and picanha!" The service and quality of the meats was outstanding. The staff were very attentive and definitely ensured we got our monies worth. This is really hard to say nowadays. We will definitely return!

    Chima Steakhouse has always been mine and my boyfriend date night spot. We always enjoy the atmosphere and the wonderful customer service until tonight. My boyfriend was meeting me at Chima for my niece birthday. He got there earlier, approximately around 7:15, because our reservations were at 7:45. He let the host know then proceeded upstairs to the bar/sitting area where the host always sends guests when waiting. I was running late, so we pushed the reservation back until 8. As my boyfriend is waiting for our arrival, Esmeralda continuously harassing my boyfriend, asking him, "Do you have a reservation?", "Are you sure you have a reservation here?"Are you sure that you're in the right spot?". WHILE MY BOYFRIEND CLEARLY SEES MY NAME ON THE RESERVATION TABLET THAT SHE IS HOLDING. It wasn't even our reservation time, so he's being harassed multiple times when we aren't even at the reservation time. I got to the restaurant at 8 p.m., right at the reservation time. Esmeralda was definitely racially profiling my boyfriend, and that's very upsetting coming from this establishment. Especially since my boyfriend and I started becoming regulars and only requesting Harrison and Chelsea because of the fantastic service and warm friendship when we visit. However, I refuse to let an incompetent manager of Chima, specifically Esmeralda, have the nerve to racially profile my boyfriend and think it's okay. Chima Steakhouse upper management should rethink who they hire or move up the latter to represent the company because if she did that to my boyfriend I can only imagine how many more other guest it has happened to, and just not spoken up about it. The rest of my night went perfect as expected with my wonderful waiter, Chelsea. It was a pleasure seeing a friendly face.

    I've visited the locations in Charlotte, Tyson’s Corner, and Fort Lauderdale, and this one stands out as the best. Juwan, my server, was very friendly, and Esmeralda, the manager, was attentive and highly active, ensuring every table received excellent service. The food here was superior compared to the other locations. While the cheese bread wasn't great, the meat was cooked to perfection.

    Attended a 7pm on a Monday reservation for 4 to celebrate my Dad's 72nd birthday! We all were equally impressed and we enjoyed the 16 different choices of meats and a plentiful salad bar! My Dad was gifted a slice of cheese cake to go for his birthday as well

    Excellent service and food but the homeless outside were harassing me and my son while we waited for the car. My recommendation is to wait inside until you see the car pull up. He has not spent much time in uptown and wanted to look around.
