    My experience at Chima was amazing food was great shout out to my girl Cenya for giving the world best service everrrrrr definitely recommend getting bottle of Justin perfect to pair with all the meat! Shout out to Cally for making the best cocktail I ever had! Definitely will be back here again! And of course, shout out to Oleksii for cleaning the table!

    Waited 50 minutes past our reservation time for a table. The waiter barely spoke to us and there were few in our party that had never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse. The servers did not visit our table as I have known other steakhouses to do. We had to ask our waiter multiple times for meat visits and eventually gave up on our requests. Bar tenders were not friendly and the drinks served were awful. Would choose elsewhere in future.

    An absolute once in a lifetime experience 100% worth every penny, I’ll come back as soon as I’m capable. Very hard workers there and they really give a personalized experience tailored for you.

    The food is always good here and the gauchos who bring around the meat/pineapple/cheese are very friendly and accommodating. This specific experience I had on Father’s Day was definitely not what I’ve come to expect from Chima. It was a sweltering evening in Charlotte and there was very little functioning AC inside the restaurant to speak of so it was hard to enjoy such a fabulous meal while sweating. Also they were over 45 min behind seating reservations and we were a little early so we waited for over an hour before we were seated. Once seated our waiter, while very kind, was extremely inattentive. I had to flag him down on multiple occasions to request items/drinks/etc. never offered dessert. Never given the promotional meal card they advertised as the Father’s Day special. We were ready to go anyway as we had been there for over 2 hours at that point. Unfortunately not the Father’s Day I had envisioned for my husband.

    We had a 5:30 reservation and wasn’t seated until 6:30. The restaurant has a strict policy for late or no show. However no consideration for my time wasted.

    You would have thought that for the money that we paid we would have gotten better service. The things that the waitress are supposed to bring out to your table that are part of your appetizers did not make it to my table for about half an hour by then we were almost full. And she brought out enough for maybe two people not enough for three. The meats are great the salad bar is great but I would have expected more as far as the service side. Plus I never got my free Father's Day free meal card to come back in the future. I remembered when I got home well I don't think I'm going to come back anyway so I don't need it.

    We have been dining at Chima since they opened and have always had a great experience, up until recently. The service is lacking (feels like the level of service you would get at a low level buffet). The salad bar was missing items and did not have any small dishes for sauces. The butter was frozen and the lime-aid was bitter. The gauchos we offering meat when we were clearly still enjoying our salad and had our tokens turned to the “no thank you side” - it was quite annoying to keep having to tell them that we were not ready yet. When we did start getting the meat, we did not get the temperature we requested - asked for medium rare and got well done or medium well.

    Food is always good, it was a tab bit hot in there but thankfully I love heat, overall the service was good along with the food always.

    First time back in about 7 years. Service was a little slow, the food was excellent except for the salmon. It was overcooked. Desserts were not included (it was last time we were there) and they were good but overpriced. The entire meal was over priced for the experience.
