    As a Brazilian who’s been living in the U.S. for the past 12 years—having lived in and traveled across many parts of the country—I can confidently say that Chima Churrascaria in Charlotte, NC is the best churrascaria I’ve been to. Not only is the food absolutely amazing, but the authenticity of the experience is unmatched. From the perfectly cooked prime meats (not only the “restinhos”), to a fresh and diverse salads bar. What really makes Chima stand out, though, is the exceptional service. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making your meal memorable. They strike the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. If you anywhere near Charlotte, this place is a must.

    As always, absolute perfection. Service is top notch and food is always delicious and abundant. Tonight, we came to celebrate our son’s birthday and we were not disappointed. Ambiance is always very positive and restaurant is clean. Will always go back

    This was a disappointment. Chima used to be a luxurious dining experience. They’ve increased prices but the quality has declined. Most of the food was overcooked and lacked flavor.

    Chima never disappoints! From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like royalty. The meats are perfectly cooked and keep coming nonstop, and the salad bar is fresh and full of variety. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is upscale but welcoming, and the whole experience feels like a celebration. Definitely worth it!

    Had an amazing time at Chima! The service was on point, the food was delicious, especially the picanha, and everything came out fast and hot. Great spot for a special night or just treating yourself.
