   If you're looking for an upscale dining experience in Charlotte, Chima Steakhouse delivers on ambiance, service, and most importantly—flavor. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, elegant atmosphere that feels perfect for both special occasions and business dinners. The salad bar is not your typical setup—it’s fresh, varied, and includes everything from smoked salmon to imported cheeses. But the real star is the endless rotation of perfectly cooked meats. Every cut I tried—from the filet mignon to the lamb chops—was tender, well-seasoned, and served with care. The staff is incredibly attentive and makes sure you always have what you need, without being intrusive. Make sure to save room for dessert—the PAPAYA mousse was a surprising highlight. Prices are on the higher end, but well worth it for the quality and overall experience. Highly recommended if you're a fan of Brazilian steakhouses or just want a memorable meal in Charlotte.

   Let me start my saying the staff was amazing!!!! The food was a hit or miss really bland with not much season. The filet mignon was tough and the shrimp were overcooked and dry!! We also ordered the lobster tails and they were stuck to the shell and also dry!! The best part to me was the grilled pineapple with the cinnamon! Will i go again?? Probably not!

   Having been to Chima's over a dozen times since they opened, my joy over the selection of food and the service is outstanding. The value is a bit much, but for special occasions, it is special to go there. My problem, this time, was the original reservation was for 2 people, and when I tried to make it for 4 people the day before the date, I was told I couldn't. I totally would have understood, except we were seated at a table for 4. Not well addressed by management when I tried to change it. It could have made the experience even more enjoyable.

    The service was good but the floors were not clean. There were pieces of food around our table and other areas on the floor
