    Everything was delicious (picanha delicious, beef ribs absolutely butter soft) and the service was excellent. Our server Stephanie was awesome, always attentive & welcoming. 11/10 experience

    Absolutely Love this place!! food was 10/10 Serivce from the moment you step into the door is outstanding always someone greeting you making you feel welcome. Our server was Stephanie she was awesome super professional, very attentive, gave us great recommendations. I recommend making reservations great place for birthday or any celebration!!

    We go to Chima quite often and always have great service, wonderful food and enjoy a relaxed evening. Everything about this restaurant deserves 5 Stars!

    Chris was an amazing and attentive server! The staff was so kind and helpful. It was very clean and worth the price.

    The Staff that brought food to the Table were extremely friendly. The food and salad bar were very good. The actual wait staff took FOREVER on bringing drinks....and waited forever to get a check. IT WAS NOT busy at all, so I don't know what the issue was. I got suckered into Valet parking.....don't do it....there's plenty of garages within 1 block walking distance. On the website, it said there was Valet for $ 15. I decided to do this, parked and the guy took my key. When he approached me and took my keys, he said there was a $ 10 upcharge because they can't put a truck in the Garage. OK? Well, I had no choice. As I walked away....he kept the truck running ! I walked back and asked him if he was going to move it or shut it off....he said he will shut it off. They had an App you check in to get your vehicle. When dinner was over, I signed on my phone and it said there was a $ 3 "connivence fee for the App. It said my truck was ready. As I went outside....it was in the same spot right out front, not running, etc. Why am I paying for this I thought? Never again..... The ambiance has gone WAY down....people would show up in t-shirts and tank tops, sweat shorts, etc.....clearly ignoring the Reservation guidelines and the LARGE sign a the door. Everyone reads it and just walks by (when I was watching). This is the 2nd time I ate there recently to see that people didn't care. Also, it's like it's a party house anymore....with people just being loud, obnoxious, and disrespect for others around them. The culture these days ! The reason I posted this is to let everyone know....if you plan on bringing an important Client, or celebrate something special with a spouse....this is NOT the Chima's I remember from years back. Each time I go there, it just gets worst. This Restaurant is no longer my goto for a special night out. I have better things to do than write Review's....but I wanted to let people know.

    We loved the food and service at Chima’s. Also, the manager was very welcoming and made us feel like family. We will definitely return soon.

    The food was as usual but the service was bad. Our waiter was never around and we had to eat for 5 minutes without anything to drink and someone else had to bring water. Terrible service from the waiter.

    I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. The food was delicious, well prepared and with authentic flavors. The menu offers good options and everything arrived fresh and in good time. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. In addition, the atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, ideal for a relaxed meal. Without a doubt, a good place to enjoy a delicious meal and have a good time. I recommend it.
