    I returned to Chima after speaking to management about my last experience. It appeared busier than last time and again we were seated near a couple of larger groups. However, this time our experience was different. The service was exceptional and the food was excellent. It was not only our table, others seated around us also received the same quality of service. Our waiter Christian was fantastic. Thank you Calle for asking us to give Chima another opportunity. Unfortunately, I did not get the manager’s name that convinced us to try the papaya cream dessert, but it was delicious.

    From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. Staff was friendly, kind, and attentive. All the meat options were great and about 90% of the salad bar was good. It all comes down to preference tho. There definitely was a wide variety of things to choose from so you’re guaranteed to find something to enjoy. Sophi and Soso were me and my partner’s waitresses and they did a fantastic job at keeping drinks filled and making sure we understood how the process worked. 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend this place for a celebration or anniversary.

    My family and I went in to celebrate my son graduation. The service was swift, food was great, cleanliness was up to standard for the type of establishment they are. The waitress was amazing. She immediately offered “chicken nuggets & fries” even though it isn’t on the main menu, but she said they have it as an option for smaller children who are little picky eaters. It was overall a great time. Definitely will return!

    This was the second visit that my family and I experienced at Chima Steakhouse in Charlotte. Everyone in attendance was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and attentiveness our party received by the restaurant staff. The selection and variety of dining options, including the extensive array culinary delights at the salad bar is sure to impress even the most finicky of diners in your party. Chima Steakhouse in my opinion as compared to other restaurants in Charlotte is best described as the epitome of a high level gastronomic adventure. Lastly, I had the opportunity to meet Chris who is the manager at Chima; However, his title should read as "Maestro" of a highly efficient and coordinated symphony of dining excellence. I thanked him for such a wonderful experience that we anticipate experiencing again and again.

    Reservations and check in where easy. Service was excellent. Food was superb as always. They had the food coming around quick so that my plate was never empty.

    This is our second time coming, and once again everything was great. Fast service and delicious steak. Chima is the best Halal Steak House we can find in Charlotte.
