Made a reservation for outside seating. We arrived on time to be told they didn't have staff for outside seating. We were sat in a crowded loud dining room. We left with no food.

we always eat at chickie & petess when we are in AC almost every month. we love the menu and the staff is excellent BUT thhis time I got an email with a special offer for crab legs on 7/8 for 20.25. my family which included my daughter and two granddaughters went to the restaurant. when we ordered to the waitress. we were told that the 2o.25 offer for crab legs were not available inthe casino. this was not stated in the email. we were ll disappointed and I was really embarrased. that I told my family this was a great deal. also I had purchased $100.00 cards for chickie and petes and was given 10 $10.00 certificates. did not read the FINE print about an experation date 3/31. another embarrasement. In all the meal was delicious and we were very satisfied with the nite.

The service was really good. We just got some sandwiches and fries. They were great. We actually took some home with us. They gave us great boxes and lids for this cheese sauce. Everything was awesome. We will be returning.

Staff insisted that we booked an outside seating (we didn’t) I informed them I didn’t but they insisted anyways.We were on the second floor and made us walk through the second floor of the restaurant and was going to let us take the stairs to the first floor.They can clearly see that 2 people in our group were walking with a cane and and I was wearing a back/spinal brace, I said I can’t walk that many steps,that’s when they let us use the elevator, upon reaching downstairs was told again that no,we didn’t booked for an outside seating, I told the people that I did say that multiple times, only to be sent back upstairs again,after the staff from upstairs and downstairs are going back and forth where we should be seated,to make matters worst there were a lot of tables empty by the window on both floors,they stuck us in the middle of packed second floor by the bar,as if to punish us ,for their own mistake,if not for their food and us deciding we wanted seafood for dinner, we would have left.It was a horrible experience for a person with a disability and the worst staff I’ve encountered of all the years we’ve been going there.

The snow crabs were amazing and the Craby Fries never disappoint! The server was nowhere to be found, rarely checking in.

I use to enjoy dining here about 10 years ago but since then my palate has truly evolved. I was hesitant to eat here but my husband insisted we should give it a try. We had the lobster roll, white clams, cheese fries and angry orchard; we also ordered the spicy shrimp but it never came out. The restaurant was calm not too crowded. I wasn’t allowed to bring in my water canteen (which was fine) although I noticed others with really large canteens inside. The waitress was really nice and so were the other employees. The lobster roll we ordered tasted like old refrozen lobster that was chewy and not a bit of flavor. The clams had no flavor and the chunks of garlic didn’t help because it tasted like nothing . The fries were fine and the angry orchard from the tap was flat. For the price I definitely expected better.

Out of menu item ordered. Substituted entree was not good. Ordered crab fries to be served prior to entree. Never received until entrees were finished. Will not return.
