Lobster meat, our famous cheese sauce
Mussels, clams, shrimp and lobster in our red, white or Sicilian sauce
We loved taking a ride from NYC down to Bordentown to grab a quick bite. Huge portions, food is well-seasoned. Atmosphere is more of sports bar with a much better menu but still ok for families. Lighting is very dim, which would be my only real complaint.
The food is always great and the waiters were on time
The ac was broken. All of the customers were sweating profusely. The poor servers were sweating. No manager came to explain anything to the customers or apologized for the inconvenience.
We eat at Chickies and Pete’s multiple locations and always love it. Great atmosphere, great food and of course great cocktails. Will return over and over again 😀😀😀😀
The $24.99 I paid for that lobster rolls so not worth it. Even though it was good, it’s the smallest lobster roll I’ve ever had in my life
All I can say is that this is my new spot!
Might I add the food was amazing.
Service was slow. Meals came out at different times. The soup finally came after 2 reminders- and came after the entree. Lobster roll's hot dog roll was flat and VERY hard -- probably a "disguised" stale roll. Noise level from screaming child was awful.
The service was not very good. Our server was not very good at getting our request for more drink orders or getting more cheese for our fries. Coming back to the table to check on us to see if we needed anything took time.
We have not had this type of issue at the Marlton Chickie's & Pete's.
Great food and service
Overpriced food, no A/C made a sticky unpleasant dining room, and staff was miserable! Never again.
I don’t know what going on but today was terrible it was hot in the whole place !
I asked about it waiter say that Manager wanted to keep the doors open so it made it real muggy inside I had my parents with me which are senior citizens and they are here sweating and plus I had six other people with me trying to order calamari they don’t have no calamari on top of that they cram seven people into like a booth seat. I had to say sorry to my parents. Ps the waiter was great not her fault.
And we went out to dinner as a family. The waitress is very nice. It was a hot summer day and I actually got my five-year-old a light sweater because she had a sundress on and no way did she need it if anything she was the most comfortable. The outside door was open and let a lot of hot air in, we were sweating. It was very uncomfortable. The best part was our french fries that we love.
I ordered of grilled buffalo chicken salad and got lettuce with plain chicken on top. That was it. And the way this was fixed was by giving me a small container of buffalo sauce. Our total bill for two grilled cheese a couple basket of fries and my husbands cheesesteak and my salad was over $70. We did have a couple beers but this seems excessive. No sides whatsoever with the
Second time in two weeks. Ordered fries with drinks. Fries came out with the rest of our food. Except my food came out before hers. I was done eating by the time her food arrived. Last week the soup was cold. Took 20 minutes for another soup. This week, hot shrimp came out cold.
Great food and amazing bartender (Lexi)
Love the mussels in red sauce...they are the best around!
Food was less than memorable. Frozen seafood, calamari appetizer was over cooked, crab cake sandwich was mostly breading. Definitely a disappointment.
Food was very good. One person’s food came somewhat late; other person had completed 1/2 of their meal when it came. Waiter was apologetic. Other than that it was a good first time experience.
Gave it 3 stars because the food really was terrific. I waited 50 minutes for my crab legs though! My friends' shrimp came and she finished eating and still another 20+ minutes before my entree arrived. At NO point during this time did our waitress come to check on us. Waited another 10 minutes for the check...horribly noisy inside, but the music was good - just having 60 people talk OVER the music is too much.
4 adults and 1 high chair. The hostess sat us at a booth (we did not request a certain table), and put the high chair on the end. We ordered our drinks, apps and dinner. We received our drinks. A manager came over and said “we can’t have a high chair on the end of a booth. You need to move to a table”. No apology. We happily moved.
Our apps came out. No plates or silverware. By the time plates came out, our apps were cold. No refilling our drinks. Still no silverware.
Our dinner came out cold.
Great service from the hostess finding us the right table to the server making sure our drinks were alway full! Fabulous food with huge portions at reasonable prices! Love the crab cake sandwich, cheesesteak, fries and cold shrimp appetizer! Will definitely be back!
Excellent service. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and glad to assist. Our order was taken within minutes of being seated and the food arrived so fast. Everything was piping hot and yummy. My whole family loves this place.
Had a nice Mother’s Day dinner with my mom, sister, and grandma. The food was delicious and came out in proper order. Waitress was a little stressed out due to how busy they were and how many tables she was serving. Towards the end she was forgetting items such as the check and boxes but she made up for it because she was so kind and sweet.
This was our first time dining here. So, we didn’t know what to expect. We chose to dine indoors since the weather wasn’t ideal for outdoor dining. The tables were kept apart for social distancing and there were QR codes on the tables to scan to view the menu. My husband and I really enjoyed our bowls of soup. He had the Seafood Chowder and I had the New England Clam Chowder. As an entree, we both had the Seafood Sauté in the white sauce. It was so delicious! We will be back to try some other menu items. I was just in the mood for seafood since it was Mother’s Day. Overall, we had a good time and our server, Sarah, was especially friendly and kind.
It was very good. A bit expensive but we understand that crabs are expensive. Fun time my kids also like it.
Table was dirty when were seated, sat in area where darts are played, wall next to table was filthy with pictures that haven’t been wiped in 10 years! Absolutely disgusting sitting next to that while eating. waitress was awful, disappearing for long periods of time , had to wait forever every time we needed something! Even the check!
This was the first time and it was amazing. We had the best waitress and the food was delicious and moderately priced. Can’t wait to go back!
Made 7 pm reservations for indoor seating. Got there 10 minutes early, figured we would be waiting a few minutes. Got there and they said they only had outdoor available, indoor would be another 30-40 minute wait. Even with reservations. Not cool. We ended up waiting for the indoor seating. Missed the start of the 7 pm game.
We had a large party and we all enjoyed the dinner. Food came out fast and hot. Our server was very polite and attentive.
The food has improved since I have last been there years ago. It still has a smell that I don't prefer. The donuts were giving me life. My lobster roll was good.
Went there for my husband's birthday. Service was friendly and food was really, especially the Crabby Sweets. Loved the burger hubby had lobster roll. Recommend that bacon bleu burger.
I would like to see more vegetarian options
Kids love the crab fries and cheese
Service is good
Good bar menu
My wife and son ordered cooked shrimp. They come in a broth but are unpeeled. How are you suppose to peel shrimp in a hot broth?
The shrimp were the most overcooked shrimp I have ever tasted.
I said something to our waiter who replied “ They cook them and then reheat them in the broth so they get over cooked”. I should have sent both meals back. The waiter, knowing they would be bad offered nothing.
Lobster was great and good priced
There food is very good. My only frustration is when you order your burger well and it’s very red. Check, check, check before you serve.
Our waitress was outstanding!
Food was good and quick. I've been a customer for so very long now - I lived near the original C&P at Levick and Frankford Ave in Philly and have been coming there for a long time. This time I noticed that the size of items is definitely getting smaller (still exellent!), but prices are increasing. I know that's the nature of the beast and you have to increase to stay alive ~ for 3 of us with sandwiches (no dinners) and drinks it was $90. I think that's a little pricey personally!
Food was very good but service not great. Asked for water twice and never came. Server dropped a lobster tail on the floor from the dish and never replaced it! When mentioned to waitress, she just said “sorry” with no offer to take anything off the bill. Not cool . . .
Taylor Patricelli is by far the BEST server. I definitely recommend everyone to ask for her.
Great dining experience. Great food. Definitely recommend.
The food, as always, was great. Everyone was extremely nice.
