Overall the food was good, but the ribeye was tough and was not flavored very well. While I appreciate the complimentary dessert, it doesn't make up for a $45.00 steak that I could have gotten anywhere for a lot less.
I doubt I will eat there again.
The service was very good.
We had excellent food and love eating there. Will make sure to go again and again. bone in rib eye is the best!
This was best Birthday dinner I ever had great fun an good time thank you and thankFrank a great waiter food was best of all thank you all
Frank is the reason this steakhouse is the best!!
I find it a little irritating every time I order a bottle of wine off the menu of wine someone has to go and check and make sure it’s OK and maybe 15 or 20 minutes later I am brought the bottle of wine. If you don’t want us to buy bottles of wine that we will take to her room then please remove them from the menu.
Very good dining option, great food, great service and great ambiance. Five Stars
We had to wait after our reservation time. Food was very slow coming out. They were apparently short staffed. The food was very good though when it finally arrived.
Will be back, Excellent Food, Service and Very Help.
Great steaks... The atmosphere was very cozy and I look forward to having a wonder steak again in the near future.
The food and service is always good at Chicago Steakhouse in Gold Strike casino. However we ate there on January 1, and because of New Year's Eve they were out of what we wanted to order. They were out of the Chilean Sea Bass and several other items. So that is what was disappointing.
Nice place. Not a good value for the money. Recommended for people who dont mind paying $100 for a snack.
Kelley was an excellent server. She is an asset to the restaurant. Good service is as important as the excellent food served at Chicago Steakhouse.
Both meals were prepared exactly right and the quality was excellent. Our server was friendly and efficient. This is a lovely, dim haven away from the noisy casino floor. The bar looks cozy. Highly recommend.
The special of the night (blackened red snapper, fried oysters, pasta with crawfish) was incredible. Service was impeccable (waiter Will), and all recommendations were perfect.
Ribeye....filet mignon....sweet potatoe...broccoli...tempura lobster.....all fantastic!!!!!
Complimentary water taste terrible, but the Fuji water made up for it.
Always excellent food and great service. We visit every time we are at Goldstrike.
Very delicious and quiet and private dining
My daughter and I had a fabulous dinner. The crab cakes and halibut are a must try! And the Chilean sea bass as well!
Excellent as usual. Had to add an extra guest at the last minute and staff was extremely accommodating and gracious.
Our food is always good here but our waiter Omar seemed to have a little too much going on. We did not complain to him because our service was already slow. The crab cake for the appetizer took too long to come out which it was already cool by the time we received it. Another table had been seated several minutes after us and were already eating when we were served our appetizer. (They had a different waitress) The main course was very good . Maybe it was slow in the kitchen that night . We eat there often and this was the first time our service was this way. We will continue to eat there when we are in the area.
The rib eye steaks were perfect! Chicago SteakHouse is on the expensive side, but the service is great and food is usually very good. The bread in the basket is delicious! Only disappointment was the birthday cake as in the past years they had a delicious cake with sparklers. We had taken family there for their birthday over the years, but this weekend was the FIRST time I was able to be there on MY birthday. They changed the cake and it didn't even taste good, and there were no sparklers. For such a nice place it would be nice if they brought back the amazing cake they used to offer.
We've eaten here many times, and never been disappointed. The staff is great, and very attentive. I've tried most of the menu items, as well as several of their "specials", and I'd say my favorite is the filet mignon. The twice baked potato is a perfect side, too. Favorite server is Rob, but all of them do a terrific job.
Good steak house in tunics you get a good meal here and great service we will come again next time we are there
Our waiter 'Omar' was professional, attentive, courteous, and timely. Wonderful dining experience.
Great food and service. Celebrating a birthday. Always my first choice for dinner in this area.
The food was excellent the service was excellent it was my second time coming me and my husband enjoyed it the first time was for an anniversary a second time was for his birthday and it was excellent I will recommend it to anyone that comes to Tunica to try Chicago Steakhouse and we will be back again thank you
Always a great experience. Frank is the best waiter. Great food
Chicago Steak House is always on my priority list when visiting the Tunica Casino's. The best food and wine list in the area!
We ate at Chicago Steakhouse prior to attending a concert. We made reservations. We were seated immediately upon arrival. We had 2 waiters to work our table. Both were very knowledgeable of specials and food, very attentive and did a great job. The chef came out and spoke with us as well. The filet, twice baked potato, scallops, bread and wine were all delicious. The meat selections are approximately $40+ and sides $10, wine $60 and up per bottle. I will definitely dine here again.
Great food altho pricey it was well worth the experience. Nice setting and ambiance. We went there, to a concert and then stayed the night at Gold Strike. Nice weekend vacation.
We have celebrated birthdays at Chicago Steakhouse for several years, usually with our cousins. The food and service are superb. Any steak we have ever ordered has been great, however the filets are outstanding. The desserts we get for our celebrations are always unique, they have never been the same. My compliments to the chef and the entire staff. We hope to enjoy this restaurant for many years to come.
Wonderful experience and cuisine in a tastefully decorated and quiet environment. Would highly recommend.
Great food and excellent service. My husband and I will definitely return the next time we are at Goldstrike.
This is a great place to eat. It is a little pricey but worth the money. Rooms are small and the noise is a problem at times. Usually very good service!
Excellent food and ambiance. Service a little slow . It took 1:30 for entree alone. No appetizer or desert even though options were very appealing. Would eat there again if not in a hurry.
Scallops appetizer was amazing. Everything tasted great.
Waiting staff was very polite. Great place to visit for any romantic occasion. My wife doesn't like steak stauces so it has to be season well and it was very tasty. First visit and it exceeded all of my expectations.
The food was very good. Friendly service but very slow.
The portions were very small and the prices were very high. The food that was served was not exactly how it was written on the menu. I ordered the roasted chicken and it was supposed to be stuffed with something. My husband ordered the halibut and it was supposed to be stuffed with some other type of fish. Neither of our dishes were stuffed with anything. The taste was OK and the portions were very small. Maybe this place is use to people who get comped meals because it is located in a casino- but we were not these people. Our bill without any alcohol was $100 and we both left hungry. We stopped at a place to eat on the way back to Memphis. We were disappointed.
I had the Alaskan halibut which was very dry. I also had asparagus which was good and fried oysters as an appetizer. They were fresh tasting and good. Beautiful atmosphere and good service.
It was perfect. My wife said her lobster tail was a bit dry but other then that, everything was good!
