El Chicago Cut Steakhouse redefine el panorama gastronómico de cortes de carne de la ciudad de Chicago, enfocándose en ofrecer carne de res de calidad USDA Prime, la cual es cortada a mano y añejada en el lugar. Fillet on the bone is to die for. Fish medley starter was as good as I have ever had anywhere.

The Chicago Cut Steakhouse showcased the perfect setting and meal to celebrate a special occasion. Every staff member we met was most gracious with both the owner and maitre D. stopped by to say hello and ensure our every whim was satisfied. Our steaks and seafood were cooked to perfection. To begin we all loved their decadent Lobstercargot and collosal crabcake. Their french onion soup was so satisfying it could have been a meal itself. Expansive wine list encompassed exotic and affordable options. My family loved the NY strip and Ribeye both cooked as directed and flavorful. The scallops and vegetable risotto were served piping hot with a side of refreshing fruit salsa. Prices are comparable to other downtown steakhouses but the huge Portions, made the "Cut" are better value. The waitstaff most attentive but not at all obtrusive, we never felt rushed. Similarily tables next to us were also celebrating birthdays and anniversaries . The first class service and delicious food make the Chicago Cut an ideal destination to enjoy the riverfront. No question we will be back.

As superb as always!! Chicago Cut is perfection! The food, service and attention to detail is unmatched. I'm usually at a loss for words while there.

We first tried Chicago Cut in December on a trip to visit colleges for my daughter. Now, it’s become one of our favorite places to dine in Chicago! The atmosphere is beautiful, and the floor to ceiling windows give you a gorgeous view of the river and city skyline. The waitstaff was super attentive and friendly, and our food was spectacular! From the bread basket, to the salad to the steak and lobster, all of it delicious!

Went to celebrate our anniversary and we ordered Veuve Clicquot (champagne) and they were OUT of it!! On a Saturday night!!! We had to select some other overpriced, less quality champagne. I ordered the Rib Eye and it was totally fatty and chewy. I spoke to the floor manager and expressed my disappointment. He listened and walked away.

Craig did an amazing job serving us for my dad’s 70th birthday. His suggestions were on point, and he had great attention to detail. The steak was cooked to perfection (we had the bone-in ribeye and bone-in prime rib). They even gave my dad a birthday dessert! I would highly recommend this experience to anyone celebrating anything!
