El Chicago Cut Steakhouse redefine el panorama gastronómico de cortes de carne de la ciudad de Chicago, enfocándose en ofrecer carne de res de calidad USDA Prime, la cual es cortada a mano y añejada en el lugar. El menú ofrece una variedad de cortes de carne a la carta, así como 8 opciones diferentes de pescado, mariscos, chuletas, una variedad de sustanciosas guarniciones y más. Chicago Cut Steakhouse always provides an incredible experience. From the kind and prompt service, delicious food and beautiful ambiance, it’s all around an amazing place to visit. Our server Julian provided us with so many helpful recommendations, which we tried and were absolutely delighted (Nueske bacon triple-cut appetizer, center barrel cut filet and chocolate cake). We also had the grilled mediterranean branzino, whipped potatoes, brussel sprouts and mac’n cheese. Everything was cooked to perfection and so flavorful. The portions were huge and the brussel sprouts were the best we have ever eaten - the bacon and maple syrup added the perfect mix of sweet and salty. The service was one of the best we’ve ever had. We were there on New Year’s Eve so it was packed, but no one would have ever guessed based on the high level of service. Our water glasses were always full, and we ordered two bottles of wine for the table and never once were our glasses empty thanks to Julian’s attentiveness and care. The live music also added a really nice touch. Overall, absolutely amazing experience! Thank you so much to Julian and the team at Chicago Cut Steakhouse!

Was perfect for New Year’s Eve dinner. Food and drinks were excellent and the service was wonderful. The decor for the holidays was beautiful and really took everything up a level. Can’t wait to go back.

Great food, great service, great location. A bit loud and not all their fault because this is a blue state but pricey!!

So warm and festive. Always great service from Hostess to Servers. Enjoyed a great night with great people and incredible food and cocktails. The Best Place!
