Chicago Cut Steakhouse is one of Chicago’s most iconic dining experiences in a city that boasts dozens of options for steak-centric dining. Our downtown Chicago steakhouse offers guests a selection of signature, USDA-certified prime beef that is hand-cut and dry-aged on site. Our curated menu also features fish, shellfish, chops and a selection of unique side dishes and appetizers. In addition to delicious martinis and specialty cocktails, Chicago Cut offers a wine list with more than 600 bottles that has been highlighted Wine Spectator, the world’s leading authority on wine. Our dining area features a lively bar scene, vibrant red velvet banquettes and spacious dining tables, private dining options and beautiful, sweeping views of the Chicago River. In the warm months, we also open our sprawling outdoor dining patio, which makes Chicago Cut an excellent spot for an outdoor brunch, lunch or dinner reservation along the river.

    The cut never disappoints. I have steak every time and it's 10 out of 10. Mic drop full stop. I have been coming here for five years and it just slaps every time.

    Great food and service overall but was too noisy I couldn’t hear my colleagues talking. Desserts are fantastic recommend apple pie and crème brûlée

    Very loud. Drunk party next to us detracted from taking my wife on a special trip for her birthday. Booked latest available dinner to celebrate but I could not converse with her as it was so loud. Julian our server did amazing. Chili crusted ribeye was delicious and wife’s New York was excellent. Will definitely come back to Chicago again but will request to be seated somewhere more quiet as to enjoy conversation with my wife.

    We absolutely love dining here! The service is so outstanding that it is worth every penny. The food is great. We have never had a bad dish. Definitely will return every year!

    7 year Anniversary was a hit! 4th visit and best yet, we got the closest booth to the view❤️ waiter was top notch and bus boy was just a well trained.
