Best date i’ve ever had

I loved the lobster macaroni. I went there for my birthday December 17th 2020 they was so nice and the steak was good. Customer service was good it was a all male staff that night they was respectful and polite and helpful. The view was great to me my boyfriend took pictures of me you can see the river and nice tall buildings this restaurant made my night even better. Love it!

Outstanding from start to finish

The outside dining experience that they setup due to COVID restrictions didn’t reduce the experience.

The service was outstanding and the food was excellent. I definitely recommend this restaurant and I will be eating there again.

It’s too cold for outside dining.

I heard great things about the restaurant and they sure delivered. I was impressed even with the current situation the pandemic has burdened us with they went out of their way to accommodate us. The marinated Cajun ribeye was delicious. I definitely will be going back

The fact that we were outside it was freezing and you can smell waste nearby COVID sucks the food was great the service was as well. Will go again once restriction allows us to dine indoor

Highly recommend! They surrounded us with heat lamps so we’d be warm and comfortable due to the cold weather.

We wanted a place that was truly "outside", not in a closed in tent. Chicago Cut was just what we were looking for. My only complaint is that the tables are not really six feet apart.

Took my daughter to lunch. All was great and it was a nice treat.

The thing that jumps out the most about this experience was the service and it started from the beginning. When we were being seated they noticed that there was a better table available and they moved us there. Our server (Ted) was helpful with the menu recommendations and took amazing care of us. The food and drinks were amazing as you would expect but the lobster appetizer may be my new favorite food.

paid outrageous amounts for what is hard to mess up: a thanksgiving meal; Baby carrots, 5 sad looking string beans, the driest stuffing ive ever tasted, mashed potatoes that were subpar. The turkey was ok.
The soup had too much cinammon and the pie was made two days ago.
won't come here again.

Visited the restaurant Saturday night with friends and it was so good I went back the next night! Sitting outside was very pleasant because they have massive heat lamps to keep the guests warm. I had the crab cake appetizer and the scallops (they were both outstanding) I ordered the sea bass for my entree and it was cooked perfectly! My friend had the filet and also cooked perfectly. We shared the lobster Mac and cheese and creamed spinach and they were both delicious! I will def dine at this amazing restaurant in the future!

Everything was great except for the fact there was a group that was loud and using nonstop profanity during their birthday celebration. Didn't like that around my wife and kids so we left.

Delicious food great service

Even though indoor dining isn’t allowed they made the outdoor setting perfect. Heaters everywhere and tables and chairs from inside the restaurant. We were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday and it couldn’t have been better. Our server (Hector) was amazing and made our experience perfect. We can’t recommend Chicago Cut enough. Be sure to get the Lobster Escargot app. AMAZING

Loved the outdoor seating option! We were so warm, we took our coats off despite there being no tent. Service is excellent and they let my boyfriend choose a dessert for his birthday.

The overall experience was amazing but the Lamb Chops are even more amazing!!!....

What a phenomenal experience! Considering the restrictions the city had placed on restaurants, Chicago Cut created the best atmosphere possible, making us fall in love with the restaurant and assuring our return when the restrictions are lifted. 5 stars experience!!!!

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. Wind chill was 25 degrees with outdoor seating. We almost canceled. So glad we didn't. Our server was named 'Hung.' There were 8 of us at 2 tables. The heat lamps made it very comfortable. We were in Chicago for a memorial service for a family member. The service was incredible. The food was amazing. Hung comp'd a couple of items on our menu, as he knew why we were in town. I have been to quite a few high end steak houses over the years. This was up there among the best ever, and Hung's service of both tables truly made the night. Thank you
