Absolutely the best anniversary dinner we ever had. Waiter was very engaging, support staff was polite and courteous! Thank you for the Chocolate Lava Cake!!!

Food is outstanding, but the service at this restaurant was some of the worst I've had in Chicago - especially when considering the very high price-point of Chicago Chophouse. Examples of poor service during meal: Server forgot side at dinner (didn't realize this until customer reminded them), empty plates were not taken and stacked up on the table, food courses were routinely late or cold, server did not stop by during meals to provide refills of drinks, server forgot to bring a pen with the bill. Server attempted to remediate the issues that occurred by providing a free dessert, BUT THEN FORGOT THE DESSERT.

Due to these issues, I cannot recommend Chicago Chophouse due to the lackluster service. There are many other high-quality steakhouses in Chicago with great food and better service such as Maple & Ash and Gibson Italia

The service and food was amazing. I love the ambiance of the restaurant. A must try if you are in Chicago.

While waiting for valet, our noses were filled with the most pleasant smell of char and smoke. We were seated at the perfect table with a window view of a striking work of art. JB our waiter was knowledgeable, professional, and witty. The chef worked magic and satisfied our palettes from appetizers to dessert. What a way to spend with the family!

Great service, delicious brunch. Definitely recommend the steak and eggs. Wish the mimosas were unlimited but highly recommended.

Service was amazing but the sides were better than the steaks we had. We got a ribeye and New York strip with garlic butter.

the Chop House was one of our favorite places to go for a special meal. I'm sad to say that is no longer true. We went a couple of days before valentines day and ordered our favorite steak the Rib Eye med. rare . We ordered drinks and appetizers and were having a very nice time with our friends. One of our friends ordered the Delmonico . The food was delivered and we didn't notice right away but they brought two Delmonico and one Rib eye. My wife wasn't paying close attention so she started to eat the Delmonico but we brought it to the attention of our server he told us it could not be exchanged. Than we had to remind him to change the price on our food bill to reflect the price difference. I tried calling The Chop House four times leaving my phone number to call back. I never received a return call. No more Chop House for us.

This was my first time dining with my husband for my birthday. The seating was intimate. Joseph our server was excellent. He made the night extra special. Very attentive. And the food was excellent. I definitely will be back.

Our waitress Jeanae was very personable. Tomahawk dry aged ribeye was excellent! The only downside would be the Manhattan and old fashion were just OK. But overall service was great and food was excellent. Would definitely go back.

The food was amazing, but the best part of our experience was the service. Joseph was one of the best servers we have ever had! We went for my boyfriend's birthday dinner, and Joseph made sure to be attentive without being overbearing. We knew we wanted to go back before we even ordered our food!

Always great food and service. I highly recommend the steak and the French onion soup. The French onion soup has a nice broth that isn't too thin and is flavored with brandy. Very delicious!

After living in Chicago for many years we finally dined at CCH. We went there for brunch. The food and service were fantastic. So sorry it took so long to give it a try. Definitely going back soon. Got to make up for all that lost time. I recommend you give it a try.

Service was EXCELLENT. I'm sorry I don't recall name of the waiter but he was very good with pacing of courses, making sure we have what we need. And appreciated the $5 brunch drinks!
