Yazmin was our waitress. She was phenomenal! I cannot remember the last time I had a waitress that was this amazing. Actually she gave us the best experience I’ve had since I’ve been living in Chicago over the past two years. Although we didn’t love with the food, because the flavor wasn’t there. Except for the mac & cheese that Yazmin recommended that was pretty good. The ambience was great, they have a pianist on the first floor so that music played throughout the entire building, we were seated on the third floor.
Our server Victor was amazing as always. Highly recommend .

Went there for my wife’s birthday. What a great experience Service was excellent. We had the prime rib and creme corn and may be the best meal we had We had peach cobbler and lava cake for dessert. They made the birthday very special. Our server Jenny was outstanding. Did everything possible to make this a memorable birthday. I would recommend you ask for her. We also ate outside which was delightful

Absolutely incredible. Our waitress, Yazmin, was truly one of the best. She gave recommendations that turned out to be spot on. She was attentive, and made us feel like family. Truly some of the best food I’ve ever put in my mouth. The Delmonico steak, the crab cakes, and the Lobster Mac and cheese were all superb. We will be back the next time we visit Chicago!

Disappointing. I have been eating here, every year for my birthday. Last I passed, what with the pandemic. I had really been looking forward to my return this year. First, the service. t is awesome. I do not believe that you can get better service anywhere. It is just flat out impeccable and flawless. A big shoutout to Yazmin D, our server. You are the best. The food on the other hand, not so much. Very disappointing. My wife started with steak tartare. It was okay. Certainly not the best we have ever eaten. I had the lobster escargot. Disappointing. For $32.00, you get maybe 2 ounces of lobster. Most restaurants, $32.00 gets you a whole tail. I had the porterhouse. Back in the old days, this was a 64oz steak. Not anymore. Anyways, for $88.00 + $7.00 for horseradish butter, you would have thought it would melt in your mouth. No it did not. My wife had the grand filet. It was slightly overcooked and again, not melt in your mouth. The filet at Flemings is significantly better. I guess the final thing was, we had a $20.00 open table gift card, that was to be used here. They refused to honor it, over some technicality. I spend $367.00, including tax and the automatic 18% tip, $23.00 for parking, and these schmoes will not give me the $20.00 discount over a technicality. This used to be the best restaurant in Chicago. Now it is just another Longhorn Steakhouse. WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE BACK!!! EVER!!!
The food was great, excellent cocktails, good service, and the outdoor patio area was excellent for the ambience. I will definitely be dining in again.
Atmosphere, food, and service was amazing. The wagyu meatballs, half chicken, and ribs were all mouth watering and delicious with every bite. Our waiter Gabriel went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. If you’re ever in the area, definitely check this place out, oh and be sure to ask for Gabriel. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Very concern with all the bad details we had: un-even table, almost shoulder to shoulder chairs with neighbors,short and unaccureat wine list, slow service and 21% obligated gratuity plus taxes on top. I can’t belive that a great restaurant for years, now it’s one of the worst, specially for the rude, ironic manager. We had come for more than 20 years on every trip to Chicago… not anymore :(

Asked to be in the bar area. Took is all the way up to the 3rd floor. Mediocre food and poor service.
We ate at the downstairs bar, which offers the full menu. Both bartenders were great, but I only remember Noah’s name. The support staff was first class and the cooperation among the staff was perfect, both helpful of each other and happy. The piano player was fantastic. The food was spectacular.
The steak did not have much flavor and we had to ask for salt - nuff said.
$15 burger was not seasoned. I’ve never had to ask for salt on meat at a steakhouse. Shocking! All 4 of us were stunned at how flavorless the burgers were. We just added salt and ate it as it was on special and we did enjoy the fries. But come on chef.
We sat on the patio and the servers were very kind. It was my first trip but definitely not my last.
