Tuscan seafood stew with clams, halibut, calamari, seabass, salmon and shrimp simmered in a savory broth with roasted garlic, fresh tomatoes, basil and parsley
Bruschetta al Pomodoro
Grilled ciabatta bread topped with fresh vine riped tomatoes, fresh basil and dry oregano
Fettuccine con Salsiccia
Fettuccine pasta, spicy Italian sausage, mushrooms and marinara sauce; finished with crean and parmesan cheese
This place was great! We were on time and still had to wait for our table. Our server was great and we really enjoyed our meal! The ravioli and fettuccine definitely worth it. A little bit on the pricey side. The calamari was okay
We had a wonderful evening celebrating my husband’s birthday. The food and service was excellent. We highly recommend.
Wonderful food and service as always. From the bread to the dessert, it was excellent! The farfalle con pollo is the best!
Excellent food and service it’s always so consistent!!
FANTASTIC food! Amazing waiter and romantic ambiance we loved every second and bite!
Food was great. Very busy at dinner. Almost a little too close with seating while inside. Thank you!
Spiros was his usual effervescent self. We had delicious meals, as usual, and a longer wait because it was Saturday evening and busy!!!
This is an intimate restaurant with great food selections, quality service and a nice wine list. Very enjoyable place to meet friends and catch up.
Authentic Italian food. Cioppino was wonderful.
I don't know why we've never eaten at this restaurant before. It was excellent and we'll go back often.
Amazing food. The service was so so but the food and ambiance more than made up for it.
Excellent food and service.
Have to wait even though our reservation was 7:30 pm. Have to wait 15-20 minutes past our reservation time.
Pleasant, small, great food, and you can have a conversation
A local gem. Always packed. Plan ahead. You won't be disappointed.
Wonderful traditional Italian food. The quality of the meals exceeded our expectations. The servers were all friendly and attentive. We will be going back!
Another great birthday dinner! Food is always delicious!
Food and service were superb, as usual. 😊
Understaffed and disorganized. That's how I would describe my dinner experience on Saturday, April 3rd, 2021. Upon arrival for my 7pm reservation, I was told I could take the table right at the front entrance (with foot traffic constantly passing by) or I could take a larger table in the outdoor tent. I chose the latter. After being seated, a waiter came by and asked to take the two empty chairs from our table, already causing a disruption before anyone had come to take a food or drink order. The waiter who took our food and drink order did so in a rushed manner, interrupting our conversation both when taking the order and when delivering the food and drinks. Once the food was delivered, none of the waitstaff ever checked on us once during our meal. They were all too busy paying attention to the tables with more people. Furthermore, the noise level inside the tent was so loud that I had to yell across the table to hear my own conversation.
While some level of disorganization and confusion might be acceptable several months prior, when restaurants were just beginning to reopen after covid, Chanti has been reopened long enough to work out the bugs and figure out how to provide proper service to their customers. The goal of reopening is not to see how many tables you can possibly fill in order to make up for months of lost revenue, but to take care of the customers who are the reason for your ability to reopen.
This was totally unnecessary on the part of Chianti. Two weeks prior, I dined at their sister restaurant, Venice, and had an excellent experience there. But Chianti needs to take a hard look at their seating and staffing model, and focus on service and not volume of customers, if they want people to keep coming back.
This quaint little place is a favorite of ours for special occasions and just a quick bite. The food is always extraordinary — and the service even better.
As always Chianti did not disappoint. The food was wonderful, the staff amazing and the service top notch.
Excellent food, cute atmosphere, good service! I recommend
I have never had a bad meal or bad experience at Chianti. The staff is friendly and attentive, without being annoying. The food is excellent. If you're looking for heavy NY-style Italian, this is not the place to go--it's definitely more authentic-Italy Italian food. Their pasta is absolutely wonderful--you can tell it's handmade.
Wonderful place for a date night or any evening out! The food was great as was the service and ambiance. We’ll definitely be back!
We were so happy to get back to one of our favorite restaurants! Food and service have definitely not suffered as a result of the pandemic.
Really great experience. Excellent service. Excellent food. I can’t wait to come back.
Great food. Very reasonable.
one if the best italian meals out there, the veal meatballs melt in your mouth, they're a must have.
A great find. Small room but well spaced tables.
Wonderful food. Our waiter, Spiro was the best. Not rushed but attentive.
Hope to go back with friends!
Friendly staff. Food delicious. Restaurant quiet because of incoming snow storm. Perfect choice for Friday night out.
Lovely birthday celebration!
We were quickly sat at a two top shortly after arrival. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable and conversational. The server recommended a nice bottle of wine. We couldn’t decide on small plates so had a sampler that was excellent. The sea bass piccata and scallopini marsala was fantastic. Desert was a bit of limoncello. An excellent meal!
Have been coming here for years and all the food has been excellent. This time all was good but salad. Veal was excellent. Chianti salad missing any notable red onion and bacon.
They have a new lasagna recipe, not as much meat or noodles, mostly cheese. Its different. Can you also keep the old recipe as an option also as the old lasagna recipe was excellent.
We are Vegan, chef made us the perfect offering.
The food at Chianti was, as always, excellent and the service was outstanding. From our point of view Chianti is the best for the following three (all combined) items - quality of food, service, and value in Denver!!!
Always a reliable, great meal!
All employees were following Covid guidelines and the spacing in the restaurant was excellent which actually kept the noise level down at a restaurant that is typically very noisy. Food was excellent.
This was a lovely first experience at Chianti. Nice staff, great menu, nice ambiance. Perhaps a tad noisy, but overall a nice experience.
Service is second to none. Food was and always has been amazing, very consistent.
Great service. (Spyros), good value, good food. Always enjoy our visits.
